The hotel was located along the Kamogawa River and was within walking distance of both Kawaramachi and Shinkyogoku, making it very accessible.I stayed with my three children, and the staff were very courteous and everything went smoothly from check-in.This time I was very happy to receive a free local beer as a gift. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and most importantly, it had underfloor heating, which was really nice. When I get cold, I don't like the cold floor after taking a bath, no matter where I stay, but this one even has floor heating in the bathroom sink.Even after taking a bath, it was so comfortable that I had never felt so comfortable before. The room was also equipped with a fluffy blanket, so I could use it as a blanket or sleep with just the blanket, and it was so comfortable that I wanted to stay for several nights. There is also a washing machine in the room, so you can wash your clothes while traveling and mix and match your clothes.Detergent is also provided. From the bathroom and living room, you can see the beautiful view of the Kamogawa River and the illumination of Kiyomizu Temple. A dragonfly? Flying around is very relaxing and I never get tired of the scenery. The room itself has large windows and an open feel, so you can relax in the spacious space. It was also convenient to have two toilets and a mini kitchen.I would definitely like to stay here again when I go to Kyoto. It was a wonderful stay.

If you think about it calmly, maybe it was just bad luck.We planned a trip along the Kamogawa River during the holidays and booked this hotel, which has a great location and a nice interior. Even though the price was more than three times the normal price due to the busy season, I thought this room along the Kamogawa River would be fine. When we arrived and entered the room, the air conditioner was broken and it was a scorching hell. Although I felt that there was a lack of confirmation, I thought that there was something that could not be helped about the sudden malfunction of the equipment, so I left it to the staff to deal with it and went out. After a while, I was called to come back from where I was out, and when I interrupted my plans and returned to the hotel, I was told that the air conditioner was unlikely to be fixed, so I should move to a affiliated inn several kilometers away. Although I was told that I was sorry, I was only given the actual cost of moving, and was told that I would be refunded the difference between the cost of accommodation at my destination. Since I was drinking alcohol and couldn't move the car parked nearby right away, the response was just a burden on me, so I offered a small service (a service of about a few thousand yen), such as a late check-out. Even if I asked if I could get it, I would have to give it a discount. I had no choice but to comply with this and decided to change my travel plans.Even though I had requested in advance to have breakfast delivered to my room while I was out the next morning, when I returned from my day out, the breakfast delivery company had not given me my entry number from the management. I'm in trouble because I can't even get in touch.I understand that costs are being reduced through unmanned management, but in this price range, the prior confirmation and response to any problems is like this. The only saving grace was that no trouble suddenly occurred during the night. If so...It was a good opportunity to think about what good service is and what service is worth the price. As long as there are no unexpected problems, I think it will be a good inn.

It is very close, a 5-minute walk from the station, and the view from the accommodation is very satisfactory. There is an underfloor heating system, and there are extra blankets, so I think up to 4 people can sleep. The bathroom is also very spacious and has two sinks 😀However, like in any accommodation, the air dryer is weak, so it is better to bring it separately.

A more comfortable accommodation than expected. The view of the Kamogawa River is spectacular from the window, and the morning sun shines into the room, making it even more beautiful. My favorite relaxing spot is the sofa by the window. The service of 2 liter plastic bottles was practical and useful.Even in winter, you can stay warm with underfloor heating.
