We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 Kids 8 and 10) Got to experience some traditional Japanese accommodation but with modern benefits. We met James (host) while walking to accommodation. He was great help showing us all we needed to know. He helped us plan our 4 night stay in Kyoto with a big map on the wall. We got to experience much more of Kyoto with his help regarding getting around (trains and buses and places to visit, best time to go etc. Great host. It was our favourite place to stay during our 2 weeks in Japan. Thanks James

It is a two-story independent B&B. There is a dining room, bathroom, kitchen, washing machine and dryer on the first floor. The second floor is a bedroom that can sleep 4 people and is fully equipped indoors. The B&B is located within a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit. . There is a Taisho hot spring bath 1 minute from the entrance of the alley. It is cheap and clean. It is really comfortable to take a bath in it, but you need to bring your own bathroom supplies. There is a large AEON MALL 5 minutes' walk away, which contains supermarkets, restaurants, and brand fashion stores. Shopping is very convenient. There are also many restaurants in the nearby alleys. I ate at TAMAKI Izakaya, which was very delicious! In short, it is a B&B with a great location and a great indoor environment. It is suitable for staying for a few days!
