Stayed in a trendy Kyoto townhouse with several friends. It may be due to the coronavirus pandemic, but when you divide it by the number of people, it costs about 4,000 yen per person. Cheap! The interior is beautiful, and the room and bath are perfect. The kitchen is IH only and the ventilation fan is very small, so it feels like there is almost no ventilation, so you can only cook and cook simple meals that require heating. I thought it would be really good to rent a townhouse if a group of people gathered together and wanted to enjoy a relaxing meal together.

I will write about things that will not cause problems for people who rent here. There is no need to be particularly careful.20210216 reviewI was worried about my stay due to various things written in the recent reviews, but I decided to post this as I was able to resolve the issue by checking in advance by phone or on the website. If I had time to post a long complaint, I should have contacted the hotel (lol).・How and why did you think you could use a pot that was clearly a replica?・The cancellation fee is listed on the Jalan website, and when I checked over the phone, it seems to be 30 days in advance. I would like to be careful about lack of confirmation like some other reviews.・Where does it say that there are seasonings such as salt and pepper?・Where does it say that chopsticks, plastic wrap, and kitchen paper are provided?・Don't have lotion or emulsion? I guess I mistook it for a hot spring inn.・There was mineral water in the refrigerator. Did I mention that there is a water purifier in the first place?・There is no reheating function for the bath → Pour hot water is sufficient. There were a lot of things that could be solved if you asked before you stayed. It was a fulfilling stay thanks to the poster who was lenient in checking the details. For example, it's definitely inconvenient that the kitchen is on the first floor and the desk where you can eat is on the second floor, but if you had inquired in advance, you would have known that. For some reason the coat rack was on the second floor - unless you don't have the strength to climb the stairs, but I didn't find it particularly inconvenient. There is a bowl but no bowl → If you inquire in advance, you will know (lol)In the first place, you can get an idea of the number of stoves and the structure of the building by looking at the photos on the website or reservation site, but where did you go to make a reservation? There was even a humidifier. No, to be more precise, it was an air purifier with a humidifying function. Please check carefully before writing a complaint. You can get some idea of the location by looking at a map in advance, and you can also get information about the surrounding area by looking at Google Maps. But it's far away and there's no supermarket (lol)The inn was beautifully renovated while retaining the good atmosphere of a townhouse, and the staff were very helpful, so I was a little disappointed that there were only bad reviews, so I decided to post this.I think everyone has different values, but I recommend it! !

I will write down the things that the person who rents this will have trouble with. please note.20210212 reviews.・I can't use the pot.・If cancellation is made within 30 days from the date of cancellation, full cancellation fee will be paid. (It is not stated on the official website, but it was stated so on Rakuten Travel)・There are no seasonings such as salt and pepper.・There are no chopsticks. There is no plastic wrap or kitchen paper.- No lotion or emulsion available.・There is a washing machine, but there is no place to dry it.・There is no water purifier, so you have no choice but to buy water.・There is no reheating function for the bath.I had the impression that everything was really sweet. For example, the kitchen is on the first floor, but the table where you can eat is on the second floor, making it difficult to carry it up every time.Although it says that you can cook for yourself, there are no chopsticks or even salt and pepper. ,,.Coat rack? is on the second floor for some reason.Even though it says it can accommodate 2 to 9 people, the only kettle that can hold 0.6L is the only one available. I have a rice bowl, but I don't have a bowl, so when I make soup, I have nothing to put it in. So I have no choice but to put the rice on a flat plate. etc,,,.There are only expensive famous machines such as kettles and microwave ovens, but there is no essential water purifier or chopsticks. Is Dyson's big vacuum cleaner in the living room? I keep it there, but I don't use it unless I'm staying for a long time, and there are too many inconveniences for a long stay.Above all, it was inconvenient that there was only one IH.Pots and frying pans also had removable handles, so you had to take them off and put them back on each time, which was quite inconvenient. There are no mittens either.I really don't think about what happens when I cook.Although the house has been renovated in a fashionable manner, I had the impression that the structure of the house was just that of a townhouse. It's not very photogenic either.I have a fully automatic washing machine, but since I don't have a place to dry my clothes, I have no choice but to use the drying function, which takes a long time and makes a lot of noise while drying. The air conditioner in the bedroom on the second floor makes strange noises.Although it is not possible to reheat the bath, the water gets cold very easily, making it unsuitable for Kyoto's winter. Maybe that's how machiyas are built, but it was painful that I couldn't take a bath unless I went outside (in the courtyard) once, and I couldn't go back to the living room from the bath.Is this for foreigners who don't know much about Japanese culture? For some reason, there was a chest of drawers in the alcove, and the light fixtures looked rather cheap. There was an air purifier, but sleeping with the heater on makes your throat dry, so it's better to use some humidification.Important cancellation fees are not listed on the official website and are often difficult to understand. (To what extent will the status quo be restored? etc.)The location is also bad. It takes at least 20 minutes from Kyoto Station. There are only expensive supermarkets around.Family Mart and Fresco are also a little far away. Long term stays are highly not recommended. It didn't seem like the cleaning was thorough either.I felt that the accommodation fee was quite high considering the quality. It was a modest inn with a slightly nice atmosphere.I will never go again and cannot recommend it to anyone who has seen this review.
