Enter the code for the key.The toilet and bath are separate, and there is a washing machine and a sink, so it's convenient for long-term stays.Mostly foreigners.

It was a small hotel located just right in front of Toji Temple. 2 floors in total with i think less than 15 rooms. However, the room equip with all the needs. From small kitchen to washer and dryer (in bathroom). All in order.We stay 3 nights with 3 adults + a kids. No problem at all.Location might be a bit far from walking to Kyoto Station but you won the quietness in the areas. There is a bus stop just right in front of the hotel which able to bring you almost all the attraction.

The room looks nice, is quite new and offers plenty of space. Also the location is not too far from the main station.Sadly the sound isolation from neighbors is very bad. Our upstairs neighbors apparently are walking around for hours at night and in the morning so that sleep is impossible for us.

We stayed for about 10 days in this type of apartment. It has everything you would need for a long stay: Microwave, refrigerator, stove and washing machine. Plus, the bathroom is spacious and perfect for trying out the Japanese bath. The room is spacious and perfect for 2 or 3 people. They leave you instructions in English in the room to use the different appliances, such as removing the trash, putting on the washing machine, etc. There is no room service and if you want them to pick you up, clean or change things you must send them an email asking for it. The location is good, about 15 minutes walking from Kyoto Station, where you can reach all of Japan. A highly recommended site and for a very good price!

A cheap condo right in front of Toji Temple.The interior has also been renovated and is beautiful.We have a complete set of dishes, frying pans, knives, etc.The bath is also separate from the toilet and you can stretch your legs in it (it was larger than the bath at home).

The owner's response is slow, communication is poor, and there is no permanent presence. unrest. I think there is only one administrator.The walls are very thin, so the noise between floors is very loud and you can hear the sounds from the next room very well.The hotel parking lot is coin-operated, and anyone other than hotel guests can park there. They say parking is free for overnight guests as long as they park, but it's not good to know that free parking is luck.(It’s actually in front of Doji, so there are a lot of cars passing by.)During peak season, rates are more than twice as expensive.The photo was taken with a wide-angle camera, but it is actually a very small room.

[Location] In front of the east gate of Toji Temple. The bus stop is also right in front. Within walking distance from the station. Convenience stores are also within walking distance. If you have any questions or concerns, please call and we will be very kind to you.[Description] There is a parking lot next to the property, and the room is fully equipped with home appliances. It may not be suitable if you are looking to enjoy the hotel, but it is quite good as a tourist hub. I think the amenities are lacking, but I don't think that's too much to ask for in this price range, so I won't mention them.[General review] Not suitable for those who want to enjoy a hotel in terms of fashionability, breakfast, and dinner. Ideal for those who want to use it as a tourist hub. It was an inn that I would like to visit again when I go to Kyoto!

We stayed here for about a week in October. The place is not really close to Kyoto Station, it’s about 15-20mins walk. There were 4 of us staying in the apt. The room is more like an apt, it has its own bath room and separate toilet room. It has washer and dryer fan located in the bathroom. It has a fully functional kitchen for you to cook as well. The room itself is quite spacious for 4 of us to move around. It’s better than staying in a hotel with tiny room, no place to move around and place your luggages.Highly recommend this place to stay in Kyoto, if you don’t mind a bit of walk. Price is fair. Place is clean!

Apartment is very new and well-equipped. Transport wise, it is around 10 minutes walk to Kyoto Station or you can take a bus from right outside the building
