The room was cleanThe bath is on the first floor and has a hot spring bath, but it is a circulation type bath and there was a lot of dirt floating in it.It's a shameThere is only a shower in the roomBreakfast is a Japanese-style set meal that looks luxurious at first glance, but each dish is too small.

I use it for business trips, but I have no complaints even when I come with my family. . There is no doubt that you will be pleased with it.The breakfast is close to a locally produced course meal, so unless you're a local, it's best to have breakfast included. top floor? The restaurant has a panoramic view like an observation deck (the road is wide! It's straight all the way! lol). I think children will like it too.The room was also clean and great. Also, if you stay around Tomakomai, you will definitely come back again.

Basically it's a beautiful hotel. However, to be honest, it is not a satisfactory hotel, and Dormy Inn is several times better if you are near the station. In the guest room, the bed was so soft that my back hurt. The pillows were soft, which didn't suit me personally, but I think it's good for people who like that kind of thing. The single room is a simple room with just a small desk, a small chair, and a bed. There was no bathtub, but the bathroom was large and nice. I think having a microwave in the room is very convenient and a good service. I just wanted some water. There is a fairly large street in front of us, and large trucks pass by, but it is quite noisy. Or rather, the walls themselves are very weak, so you can hear a lot of noise from the next door or the floor above. I was able to wake up to the noise from the next room without an alarm.I was expecting a large public bath, but there was only one indoor bath. There was a sauna and a cold bath, but both were disappointingly slim. The sauna was pointing at 85 degrees. I think it's good that there is a large TV, clock, and hourglass.BGM is playing, but there is a rattling noise that can be heard from somewhere. The upper floor is probably used as a banquet hall, so I think it's the sounds of preparations and cleaning up. Here too, the poor quality of the walls was noticeable.I couldn't relax at all in the public bath.Above all, the water pressure in the shower in the public bath was weak. I feel that it is one of the weakest in Japan. There is a place to rest after leaving the public bath, but it is close to the entrance and does not feel very relaxing. It might just be a coincidence, but when I went there, no one was using it, and it seemed like a typical case of bad management, wasting money on unnecessary things. The staff were either too responsive or unmotivated, and the moment I checked in, the customer service was enough to make me feel, ``Oh, I can't expect much from this hotel...''As expected, it was a hotel with nothing inside, just a neat looking box.We recommend Dormy Inn, Route Inn, etc. on the opposite side of the station.I think this hotel will go out of business soon.

It's far from the station, but the bus comes close so it's not a problem. The airport can be reached by bus, which is a 1-minute walk from the hotel. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. There is also a sauna in the public bath, which I was very satisfied with.I wanted to go again

The hotel looks old from the outside, but it looks like it has been completely renovated. The inside is very beautiful. The hot spring water in the large public bath was brought in by truck. The breakfast felt very luxurious.Kitayori didn't realize that it was meant to be put in a hot pot, so he ate it with soy sauce. It took about 10 minutes by taxi to the bar district.I used it for business, but it was over budget.

It takes about 40 minutes by car from New Chitose Airport. There's a Lawson next door and a drug store nearby, so it's convenient. And parking is free. The rooms are compact and clean, including the shower booth and toilet. The public bath was also very clean, and there was a free massage chair and a library after taking a bath. For breakfast, we were given a two-tiered meal and a small pot, plus a buffet. I wanted to eat surf clam curry, but unfortunately I was too full to eat it.

I don’t know what the design of that idiot is, what is the function of this curtain? ! I was woken up early in the morning by the sun! ! Also, when we checked in late, we were insulted by the front desk staff, who didn’t even understand basic English. We checked in for two, but the hotel gave one person supplies? ! The sound insulation is very poor! ! It's quite a distance from the station. I came here especially to stay, but I was met with such an unpleasant experience and the price was not affordable. Alas...

I used it during Golden Week. The facilities themselves are good, but the soundproofing of the rooms is quite poor. The sound of an elevator arriving, the sound of a door opening and closing, and, most importantly, the sound of a phone call in the next room can be recognized in meaningful sentences. Walls are too thin.
