I'm not satisfied, but I'm satisfied for a waterfront accommodation here ~ I was surprised that the wifi was great, free water was good, and breakfast was cheap. It's good and the staff are Japanese. It's so nice and friendly ~ better than a 40,000 won motel in KoreaI can't do it~ I thought traveling was fun to spend money on, so the price went up 5 years ago, 11,200 yen~~

The building may be old, but it was very well kept and had a clean feel. In addition, the receptionist's hospitality is pleasant and there are various considerations. When I stay in Hakata, I definitely want to come back again.

I used it when I went on a business trip to Hakata.I chose this area because of its easy access from the station and the low price since I was unfamiliar with the area. The facilities are somewhat worn out, but it's enough for just staying the night and there are no inconveniences. There was no noticeable service, but some drinks were placed in the lobby and could be drunk freely.I didn't use it this time, but apparently you can reserve a light breakfast for the next morning on your check-in day. With the average price of accommodation going up, it was a great help to be able to stay at such a convenient location within a set accommodation fee. Please note that only card payments are accepted via external reservation sites and there is a 100% cancellation fee regardless of the time of year.I would like to keep this option on my list as a convenient and inexpensive place to stay if I have a firm plan in mind.

It's right in front of Hakata Station, so it's very convenient. The front desk staff was very warm and made me feel at ease. Also, they kept my luggage for the rest of the day after I checked out, which was very helpful as I didn't have to carry a large carrier when sightseeing from the time I checked out until I returned home.At the front desk, they had tea, water, coffee, pots of hot water, etc. for you to use for free, which was very convenient. Although the building is old, the rooms were clean and the beds were fluffy and comfortable. However, since the front door of the room is thin, you can hear the sounds of other users walking in the hallway, talking, and the locking and opening/closing of the front door, but this is not always the case. Other than that, it's basically quiet, so I guess it can't be helped. Also, the water pressure in the shower is weak, so if you have a strong preference for that, I think it's a good idea to keep that in mind.I would like to use it again!

I used it for an overnight stay. Although the exterior seemed to be showing its age, the rooms and interior of the building were clean and clean. There was also a drink service in front of the front desk, which was convenient.
