You can walk from Nakasu Kawabata subway station. The international bar on the first floor is a place where you can talk and have a good time with tourists.

It's a hotel, but it feels like a small Airbnb apartment-type room.I rented a 3-person room, but it was small for a 3-person room.It was clean like a new apartment. Looking at other reviews, I wonder if the condition varies from room to room.Since it is an unmanned operation, there is no service, so I will give the service a 3. (Towels, shampoo, etc. are provided)

Room: The worst hotel I've ever been to. The mattress is completely worn out so that the springs meet my back. The mattresses here are so trash, it's like they were installed for free when another hotel closed down. And the iron on the ladder that goes up to the bunk bed is all worn down, so when you touch it, iron powder falls off. And the bathroom and shower room were so small that it was uncomfortable to wash. What I'm really curious about is I don't know why there is a washing machine. The room is so small, so I think it would be better to remove the washing machine and put a table instead.Service: There is no service at all. It is an unmanned hotel, so I have to take care of everything from check-in to room information. And the towels are only given one large towel and one small towel, which is the size of the number of nights I stayed. It's not very good.Location: The location doesn't seem to be bad, but honestly, I'm not sure. It's a 25-minute walk from Hakata Station. But even if I write a review like this, this place won’t change, right? I just recommend that you read the reviews and skip this unmanned hotel.

The mattress is really not good, but the location is good and the price is affordable, and the washing machine and dryer are convenient.

It's true that the shower was small and the bed mats were thin, but the location was good and you could check in and check out at an unmanned counter. It's great that you can use it like your own apartment after checking in.

There were two bunk beds for a family of four, and it felt like sleeping right on top of the mattress springs. Every time I moved, the springs made a noise and they weren't level. You have to lie down with a pillow. The location is really good!

I can say that this hotel is truly the best in terms of location. It is adjacent to Tenjin Central Park and is very convenient because you can access the Fukuhaku Bridge. There is a Fangstock bakery inside the park, and a really delicious tart shop in the building right next door. The coffee at this place is also delicious. The internal structure is not very spacious, but it is well-organized, and there is laundry detergent in the washing machine. It was really good. The best advantage of this hotel is its location. The location is so good that no more words are needed. The atmosphere around the park at night is very nice.Nevertheless, one of the really big drawbacks is the room mattress. The mattress in the room is very bad. Not only can you feel the springs, but the mattress on the first floor bed is off, probably because it is mainly used for sitting. When I lie down, it's not level. You have to sleep against the wall. I think this would be the same for the room we used as well as other rooms. I asked other people I met while taking the elevator, and they reported the same symptoms. Not only is this hotel great in terms of location, but the rooms are clean and nice, but the mattress on the bed ruins its image. Be sure to replace the mattress.
