Poor experience. It’s first time to get noticed that the hotel can’t help keep the luggage after checking-out the room, and that’s truly the rule of Hotel LiveMax. The supplies are totally not enough and the service is not sufficient. We will not never come back again. As a reference for any of future potential customers.

I put a "please do not wake me up" sign on the door and put used bath towels, towels, and garbage cans out in the hallway, but the fee was high and the bath towels were not hung on the door.It was a business hotel assigned to me by my company, but other than the terrestrial TV, it was a paid hotel with no entertainment.I don't think I'll be coming here to stay overnight in the future.

I'm really sorry, but I don't want to stay here anymore. I had requested an upper floor when making the reservation, but I was not accommodated. I had no choice but to politely ask for a change of room, even if it was on the same floor, but the front desk staff said, ``We can't help you.'' Instead, I was offered the option to cancel and move to another hotel, which was a huge shock. Even though it was already past 23:27.So what is the point of accepting requests when making reservations?Room 401 was in the back, and the smell was not good. Furthermore, even though I had walked the long way from Hakata Station with heavy luggage, I couldn't get a good night's sleep. This experience was so painful that I felt like crying. Please help me.

There is a strong damp moldy smell inside the hotel.Although it is reasonably clean, the mold on the bathtub curtain is very unpleasant.

This sometimes happens at other hotels, but even though I booked a room for two, all amenities and bath towels were provided for only one person.The structure of the room was different from other Livemax and felt a little spacious.The bathroom had a strange smell, but there was a small window so I ventilated it.I think it's good that the room had an extension cord and some outlet plugs.I was able to use the hair dryer, but the part of the hair dryer that would snap if I didn't fix it by hand was loose...The cleaning is probably not perfect, but I think it's good for those who want to stay cheaply.

You are not allowed to leave your luggage at the hotel after check-out.I've been to many hotels, but this is my first time staying in a hotel like this.No matter how much I talk to my Indian friend, I can't communicate.

The door is right next to the bed.The metal fittings supporting the shower came off.There is no shuttle service to Hakata Station.Air conditioner is smelly.But it was so beautiful that it was a little weird.

Even when my roommate spilled a boiled egg and stained the bedding, they took care of it politely, and instead of charging me for the cleaning fee, they even worried about me. The interior was clean and the amenities were plentiful. I would like to stay here again when I visit Fukuoka.

I stayed here for several nights due to work.Since the hotel was owned by a company, I didn't have the power to make decisions, but to be honest, I have nothing but dissatisfaction.When I asked for cleaning, new towels were thrown on the bed in a messy state, people came to clean without my permission even though I didn't give them a cleaning tag, and the hair dryer was foldable, but the stopper didn't work. The head is not sitting upright. As a result, a small cockroach appeared.The smell from the drains is terrible, and if I were asked if I would use it for private purposes, I would exclude it from the list because it is far from the station.It's a budget hotel so it's somewhat acceptable, but I can't tolerate cockroaches.I had a good impression of the front staff, so I guess that's a relief.

The room is super small. There is no room to walk with a 32-inch suitcase open. The air conditioner is still dripping at night. Book a quadruple room on Wednesday 7/3 during the summer vacation. It's only NT$1,660 per night, which is pretty cheap. But it takes 22 minutes to walk from the hotel to Hakata by JR train. far away. Will be exhausted. So I traveled by taxi the whole time. When returning home, it costs 2,250 yen to call a taxi to the airport using Uber yourself. But the jump price is only 1870 yen. I don’t know how much Uber charges and there is no detailed information. Recommend to everyone. If you call a taxi at the hotel counter, you will be less likely to be charged arbitrarily. Taxi Go also charges money indiscriminately. The ride fares estimated on Google Maps and the app are not accurate at all. The room was very smelly and smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. It felt like it was a longer walk from Hakata station than I expected.Three people stayed in a room with two semi-double beds. As expected, the only place I could open my suitcase was on the bed.The room was clean and comfortable.The bed was very good. Since there were three of us, we had a problem because the desk was small and there was no space to put small items.

It was my fault that I went there late at night, but even when I called at the front desk, the receptionist didn't show up, and he finally showed up when I got into the backyard. He was a dirty old man with a sleepy face and no regrets even though I had kept him waiting. I didn't have high expectations as it's a cheap hotel, but this was the worst hotel I've been to in recent years.
