The room looks the same as the picture, but is much smaller.The terrace was noisy due to the 4 outdoor units gathered together, making it difficult to use. The sofa cushions were not as described.Fortunately, the bed cover and duvet cover had been replaced, but there was dust everywhere.The room was full of dust not only because you couldn't see it, but everywhere, including the kettle, remote control, and cup that were easily visible. I don't think they do any cleaning at all. The blanket under the duvet cover was yellow.If it's very cheap, the location is good, so I think young people should consider it, and it's definitely not recommended for a filial piety trip. It's dirty and uncomfortable.

I stayed in Room 501, which is a big room with a large terrace for BBQ, a projector, and 4 single beds. Much cleaner than House No. 3, the air conditioner is new enough (June 2024)

Location is good. A slightly higher version of a guesthouse. No cleaning as it is an unmanned hotel. The sheets were a bit dirty and the ventilation was poor.

It's really good!! I highly recommend it. I had a bit of trouble because the Google location was wrong, but this is correct. The kitchen and laundry are free, you can use towels, etc., and it's nice because it's clean. I think I will have a good stay with my family👍🏻

Trash, the sound insulation is very poor, the toilet is super thin, everything is hard to order, the hair dryer does not blow out, I originally stayed for 3 nights, the first night was so noisy that I couldn't handle it, I checked out immediately the next morning, it was rubbish The garbage in the center, please don’t fall prey to it😤😊

The room is surprisingly clean and has everything that should be there. I wouldn't have come here if it wasn't for the location, and there's a microwave, so it's easy to eat convenience store food. I wish I could just clean it... However, of course, the structure has no choice but to make it noisy, so I wonder if the neighbors will be loud. All I can do is pray that we will be good neighbors. Only this. By the way, when I stayed there, all the people were Korean.

The location is on the 5th floor of the building, take the elevator at the back.When checking in when you have reserved multiple rooms, it is troublesome that you have to make a call from your tablet device.It's also a hassle to have to enter all the members who will be staying overnight.I think it would be better to check in in advance.The slippers are very difficult to wear and I wish they would improve them a little.It was okay as it had the minimum amount of amenities. Room wear is required.There is a microwave, IH, and laundry in the common area.It was a hotel with good facilities and good value for the price.

We loved the location that many choices of restaurants/cafes and shopping could reach by walk. The washing machine is very useful so we don't need bring many clothes. It take 2-3 hours to finish the laundry. …

Used in July 2023.Located in the middle of Daimyo, access to Tenjin and Nakasu is good.In addition to access, the room was dirty and not well-maintained, and the built-in refrigerator was sticky with liquid spilled by the previous user and was very dirty. Also, the bed sheets were full of holes that I couldn't tell whether they were due to aging or because they were eaten by insects, which made me feel very uncomfortable.Since there is no front desk, I made a call from the tablet provided to the staff and requested a rag to clean the refrigerator and a change of sheets, but the male staff member who responded to my request was very casual and said, "We can't do that." I wasn't dealt with.I have used many hotels for business and private purposes, but this is the first time I have felt that the service was so bad that I was offended. I will never use it again.

The location was great, and it was surprisingly quiet and comfortable. Even when there was no one there, they responded immediately via chat etc., so I didn't have any concerns at all. The only disappointing thing was that there was a woman who seemed to be a member of the morning staff, but she didn't even make eye contact and was unfriendly.I think in a normal hotel, she would greet you from the other side. That was the only thing I didn't like.

It's stylish, including the concept.①It is unmanned and can be unlocked using a pass provided in an email, which is very effective in reducing costs.However, in my case, the unlocking tablet didn't respond well, so I ended up calling them.I was kind of nervous.②The space is stylish as you can see in the photo.cool.However, the overall cleaning is not good.It may be cost-oriented, but I think cleanliness is essential.③The location is very good.The entrance is a little difficult to find, but with the recent advances in computerization using GPS, this is not a big problem.Overall, I like the concept, but it feels a little disappointing.I think there are other rooms and other locations, so I'd like to try them out.

The operator's attitude was not very good. When I contacted them about a problem, it was difficult to get through on the phone, and the operators seemed uninterested.Also, if it's an unmanned place, the guests have to call the hotel every time to report any problems or deficiencies.It was a very tiring trip.
