Although it is a historic building, it is well maintained.I asked for a corner room, so it was spacious and had a great view. All of the food was excellent, especially the sashimi and Iki beef steak. The next day, I tried sashimi in Fukuoka city, and the day after that I tried sashimi in Tokyo. Is it this much different? I was able to realize it even more.I have nothing but gratitude for the cooking techniques that enhance the beauty of the ingredients.thank you very much.

Clean, quiet and right next to the ocean. The toilet and bath facilities are shared but because of the limited number of rooms that is no problem at all.Best of all are the meals, freshly caught fish prepared with love by the lovely inn keeper, which is the nicest lady you can find. The view on the sea from you room is just marvelous!

The building is quite old, but I really like the location, food, and hot springs. First of all, the location is right in front of Yumoto Bay, so the sunset was very beautiful. The food is mainly based on local fish, which is quite satisfying if you come from the city. The blackfin sea bass in particular was exquisite, and Iki's local dish, hikitooshi (chicken), is highly recommended. The hot spring water felt a little tingly on my sunburned skin, but I felt better after taking the bath, probably because of its efficacy (^-^)The view from the bath was second to none.I recommend it to those who want to eat delicious local fish from Iki.

It felt like a historical inn, but it was so clean that it didn't bother me at all! First of all, the food was very delicious🐟✨The restaurant was also renovated and was very clean and stylish, and since it was a private room, I was able to eat slowly without worrying about other people watching! Also, the sea was right in front of me, so I had a nice view, and I was able to find fish while taking a walk, so it was a very nice inn. The reasons for the 4-star rating are that the water in the sink in the room only came out slowly, that the toilets on the second floor were unisex (the first floor is separate for men and women, so I recommend that), and that there was hardly any foot traffic. The women's bath was completely visible from the outside. People who go fishing and people who want to take a walk are likely to go to the full view zone, so it would be best if you could use thick curtains to prevent them from seeing it from the outside 🙇‍♀️If you go to Iki again, definitely try it. I will use it!
