My plan was to check out until 12:00, so I thought I'd take a bath in the morning and take a nap after breakfast, but perhaps because the room next door or in the front room was on the regular plan, they started cleaning after 10:00, and it was so noisy that I couldn't rest. It's a shame that there wasn't one, and I felt like I was paying a higher room rate for that plan.I would have liked to have unified the floors for the 12:00 noon check-out plan and solidified that plan.Even if you check out earlier with the 12:00 check-out plan, if there are other guests around the room with the 12:00 check-out plan, you should clean the room last.

Super friendly and reliable service. The room was clean. The SPA area was also great, but please be sure to follow the rules here. There is also a direct private entrance/exit to a 7-Eleven store.

I went there during Kunchi period! At that time, even though I may have lost my card key, they kindly responded!Although the card key was in the room, the staff's concern for us made it an unforgettable experience! Also, I would like to use it when I visit Nagasaki!

Hotel very well located in Nagasaki. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, although they spoke very little English. The free services (baths, massage chair, ice cream, noodles) are extremely pleasant. The hotel is quiet and very clean. The room is very large.Maybe the carpet should be changed?

Dormy Inn has a good impression all over the country, but this one was also good. The hot spring on the rooftop was also pleasant, and the ice cream and massage machine services were also nice.I was a little disappointed that the guest room was small (although it can't be helped since we added a sofa that turned into a bed to the twin room) and that once you arrive at the multi-storey parking lot, you can't go to get your luggage later. The location was very convenient as it was close to the station and downtown area, and Chinatown was only 3 stops away by tram.

I stayed at Dormy Inn knowing that its facilities and services (hot springs, breakfast, free services) were excellent, butI was impressed by the hospitality of the staff.I apologize for the inconvenience caused to the staff due to my misunderstanding. They responded kindly and did not show any offence. Thank you very much.I was filled with both regret and gratitude. This time (through the inconvenience caused) I learned that not only the functionality of the hotel, but also the service of the staff was excellent.I would like to stay here again when I go to Nagasaki.
