We stay here every year. I was very satisfied with the fact that various parts of the building had been renovated and the number of service items had increased.

I was interested because I had heard good things from people who stayed there. I didn't know it was listed in Michelin. We are using an old inn while renovating it, so all movement is done by stairs. The ceiling is low so be careful. The service is wonderful. Welcome drink sweets. And the female staff member who served dinner. Was it from Nepal? From explanations of the dishes to recommendations for Japanese sake. They served customers politely and with a smile. That alone made me feel very good about my meal. All of the meals were very delicious and carefully prepared. The rice with eel, sweetfish, and corn was very delicious. I felt sorry for the man because the bath was small, but I guess that will change again after the renovation. It was worth staying even during construction. thank you very much.

—Saga Ureshino Hot Spring—I saw before that Saga, Japan, suffered the largest flooding in fifty years due to a typhoon. I thought that the Yoshidaya in Ureshino Onsen where I stayed would not be spared the disaster! The Yoshidaya in Ureshino Onsen has a century-old architecture, but it is a mix of Japanese tradition and modern style of literary youth, allowing people to relax while soaking in the hot springs. The Ureshino Yoshidaya Ryokan where I stayed is located in Ureshino, Japan. It is a four-star hotel. The hotel provides 21 rooms for you to enjoy a comfortable holiday. Its gourmet restaurant "Eleven Bite" opened in the summer of 2017. There are also modern and stylish rooms that have been awarded 3 stars by the Michelin Guide.
