When I called in advance and asked, ``Can I come to the inn after arriving at Mori, the terminal station of the Sanriku Railway, one train before the last train?'', a staff member who appeared to be the landlady happily accepted the request in a kind voice. I received it. When we arrived at the inn, a gentle man kindly and efficiently guided us around. I immediately entered the dining room and the dinner menu that caught my eye was heartwarming. Everything was delicious: seasonal tempura, green onion fatty tuna, thick grilled hokke, simmered dishes with rich ingredients, seaweed tsukudani with shiitake mushrooms, and soup with carrots, burdock, and raw onions. In particular, the seasoning of the stews and soups were exquisite. I ended up having to refill 3 bowls of rice. The room was neat and clean, and the staff's hospitality could be felt in every piece of furniture. I was able to spend a comfortable time with such a reasonable accommodation fee, and choosing Tsutsumi Ryokan was a great decision. Today, after leaving the inn, we plan to visit the Earthquake Disaster Memorial Museum. I think I'll have a good trip thanks to you. I would like to recommend Tsutsumi Ryokan to my friends and family.

I went without a reservation on short notice, but they happily accommodated me. The room was spacious and I felt like I wanted to stay not just for one night, but for several nights. It was a really nice service to have a bath available 24 hours a day.We will use you again.

This is my first inn in my life. The interior of the hotel is well-furnished and tastefully decorated. It has a sense of cleanliness and you can feel safe even during the coronavirus pandemic. The room is clean and calming! It must have been recently renovated, and when you open the door there's a pleasant wood-like smell. I feel like I'm at home. I felt a sense of peace that I didn't find in business hotels. It's a very good accommodation.
