It was a really beautiful property with large rooms, and really great amenities. The number of creams and soaps and face mask that they had was amazing. Wataru was also such a good help. He replied to all my questions and even helped me get a bouquet of flowers arranged for my wedding anniversary.Nice in room breakfast too.Thank you!!

A hotel with a Japanese taste or "Japanese" theme.Cottage type with garage.You can enter a room with an empty garage, but of course not everyone comes by car, so even if the garage is empty, some rooms are "CLOSED".However, this “CLOSED” sign is hard to see because it is in the back of the garage.Also be careful of “OPEN” rooms.From the looks of it, it seems like it's a bit expensive hotel, but if you enter the room just because it's ``OPEN'', the price will skyrocket because it's a so-called ``suite room''😅I was lucky enough to get into a standard room.Even the standard rooms are spacious. The room, with its wood-grained walls and no frills, has a simple yet luxurious feel.There is a small coffee maker and snacks available next to the TV, and there is a sign that says please drink as much as you like.The coffee maker has easy-to-use instructions, so you won't have any problems.The bathroom is also spacious with wood-grained walls. The unique feature is that the bath is one step higher than the room. In the unlikely event that the water from the bath overflows, I'm afraid the room will be submerged, but the floor of the bath seems to be sloped so that water can flow to the drain.There are no cluttered furniture, so maybe you can focus on your time together.This is a comfortable room where you can stay for a long time and be surprised when you see the price on the way home.

It's nice and clean, but I don't like having to order by phone on LINE. I would definitely give it a ⭐︎5 if I could order it on TV.Also, it can't be helped that it's expensive during the Neputa period, but information should be posted in each room.It wasn't posted at the entrance either, and I was charged an unnecessary extension fee.

Hotel Zen was used as a lodging for a family trip in August. Although the hotel is about 10 minutes away from Hirosaki station by car, the manager of the hotel, Mr. Wataru, helped us as much as time and number of people allowed.The room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious, with free drinks and coffee, and the manager could be contacted via cell phone.Mr. Wataru called a taxi for us and drove us to the restaurant.We were traveling during a typhoon and the manager was very helpful!We had a great experience at Hotel Zen!
