Eight of us stayed the night before for a cycling event for elementary and junior high school students held in Rikuzentakata City. It's convenient and close to the city center. They kindly accommodated my change in check-in time, and although my meal time was a little late, they forgave me with a smile. The meals were served with seafood and hot dishes, and there were so many dishes that I was full from just the side dishes. The young children were eating well. For breakfast, the Japanese swordfish came out, and we were delighted with the first harvest of this year. It was delicious. It's worth staying for the food alone.

The accommodation that took care of me during my first Tohoku touringIt's a large inn for a guesthouse, and it seems that it supports sports. This place used to be located in a place that was damaged by the tsunami, but it seems that it has now been moved to higher ground and rebuilt. The highlight here is definitely the rice. Dinner and breakfast are quite large, so we recommend going on an empty stomach. It's nice to be able to relax and feel like I'm staying at a relative's house.

It was a very nice stay. The people at the inn were warm and the accommodation was clean and easy to use. What surprised me the most was the luxurious cuisine made with local ingredients.Although the price was a little cheaper due to a tourism promotion campaign, I was surprised to find that the food was not worth the cost of accommodation.Especially for dinner, I thought it would cost more than 10,000 yen if I had it in Tokyo lolIt's a bit of a walk from Rikuzentakata Station, so if you're going by public transportation, you'll need to be a little careful (though it's within walking distance)I would like to visit Takada Matsubara again when it grows up.I plan to use it again in that case.thank you very much.
