I stayed on the premium plan. The view from the room was nice, but honestly I don't think the price and service were worth it.There are a number of things I was concerned about, but the first one was about the self-service coffee in the morning. When I went to the lobby around 7am, there was a self-service "morning" coffee. When I pressed the coffee button, a man from behind the reception counter called out to me in a loud, high-pitched voice, saying, ``That's after dinner!'' Since it says it's a morning coffee, I thought it wouldn't be a problem and used it. Isn't 7 a.m. included in the "morning coffee" time period? If you want to drink it after meals, all you have to do is fix the sticker in the first place. It was very unpleasant. I can't imagine the customer service of a restaurant that costs more than 20,000 yen per person per night.

We stayed here for one night as we are hiking the Michinoku Coastal Trail and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hostess was lovely when we arrived and they had printed all of the welcome information in English which was very helpful. The onsen was perfect after a hard days hike. Dinner was amazing - and they had again printed the menu in English so we knew what we were eating. Breakfast was delicious and the after-breakfast coffee was served in the main room overlooking the ocean. Perfect. We highly recommend and we would stay again.
