Good combination of price and quality with delicious breakfast. The hotel is quite strickt with check in time, it starts at 16:00 and most guests were not allowed to get a suite earlier. After a long exhaustive flight it is a bit challenging. The hotel offers wide variety of convenient products free of charge, like cosmetics, tea, other personal care items and so on. You can use a bus shuttle to the hotel from Narita airport or back. Breakfast was amazing, lots of options such as chicken, fish, eggs, noodles, miso soup, fresh vegetables, seaweed, fresh mango etc.

Incredible value-for money hotel! The shuttle bus was right outside the terminal when I exited (look for number 16 platform). The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a large variety of choices. The room was very quiet and clean and had everything I needed. The food choices in the Lawson Konbini in the hotel are also great if you need to buy lunch/dinner. I really enjoyed my stay recovering from a very long flight before continuing to central Tokyo in the morning.My only complaint is that the mattress is rock-hard. They also only provide a really thick and fluffy duvet that was too warm for me. but they helped me get an alternative upon request.

Perfect for night shift arrivals. Walk out of the central entrance of Narita Terminal 2, cross a zebra crossing and walk towards the respiratory therapy room on the left. You will see the 31-B connection waiting area. There is Lawson in the Toyoko main building, whether you are staying in the new building or the main building. It’s not bad, it’s just a few steps from the new building to the main building. The bathtub in the new hotel is shallower than the Toyoko where I stayed before, but you don't want to soak above your chest, so it won't have much impact.

You can walk from Narita Airport, and there is also a shuttle bus. Buses leave regularly from early in the morning and are very convenient.The check-in area is crowded when the bus arrives, but I felt that the front desk and multiple automatic machines were set up to ease congestion.It has the same atmosphere as other Toyoko Inns, so you can sleep with peace of mind.I could see the airport from my room.

I measured the shuttle ride time from Terminal 2 to Toyoko Inn Shinkan and it was 20 minutes. (Only time measured after getting in the car) I don't know why driving a 7-minute distance is so inefficient. For a short trip or business traveler, 20 minutes is a lot of time.

The location is near Narita Airport. There are no restaurants nearby. There is only one Lawson in the hotel. Because there is no competition, the attitude of the clerk is very average and almost impatient. Don't ask more questions. There are no buildings around the hotel, so it's very leisurely, like being abroad. There is a special car to pick you up and it should be the best hotel in the surrounding area. The pick-up and drop-off are all done by bus. At least 2 buses are needed at the same time in the morning to transport all the guests! The driver is very polite and will tell you the route and the required time before departure. And wear seat belts. The counter staff are also average. Do you want to meet new people, or do they need to improve their professional knowledge? The restaurant is the largest breakfast area in the Toyoko Inn I've stayed in. Of course, the aunts are busy, but the aunties are always heard. She kept replenishing food, and when she saw me ladling soup, she said that the pot she had was freshly cooked. Do you want to change it?

There are many free buses that run until late at night. It was nice to have breakfast, but it really felt like a training camp. The breakfast was so satisfying that it even made me feel nostalgic.Check-in and check-out is done by machine, so it's rarely crowded. The rooms are designed with no waste of equipment, making it the perfect hotel for people who don't want to be bothered and want to save time.

I stayed here just for one night after my arrival at Narita airport at late night. I guess similar situation applies to a lot of tourists. The hotel offers free shuttle service to and from the airport, which is great. The shuttle stops at all terminals, and if you arrive at terminal 2/3, it stops at platform 31B. It took me some time to look for it, so I hope you could easily find it if you happen to see this review.The check-in process is quick even at late night, and the front desk uses automatic machines for checking in. But there’re also clerk next to machines if you need assistance. The room is compact compared to US hotels, but this size is normal in Japan. The great thing is the room is very clean and organized. The bathroom is spacious considering the room size, and well-equipped. As for the bed, although I saw complaints saying the bed is too hard, I feel that I like this feature because I really need hard mattress that is good for back after long-time flight.Breakfast is OK to me, worth the price. But it got really crowded between 8 to 9am, try to avoid this time if possible.Overall, my experience with the hotel as a one-night stop after landing at Narita is quite good.

It's within walking distance from the airport, and the room is spacious enough with a double bed, large windows, and clean.So, this price has a very good CP!! ︎There is a Lawson on the 1st floor where you can do some small shopping, and the free water and coffee service is also nice.It's also nice to be able to see the planes at the airport from the large windows.

It's my usual Toyoko Inn, but as soon as I entered the room, there was a slightly unpleasant smell. It soon stopped bothering me, but... Parking is available for a fee of 500 yen even for guests staying at the hotel. However, it is convenient that there is a free shuttle bus to the airport and a convenience store on the first floor.
