The location is a 10-minute walk from Chiba/Chiba Station....If you pass by the shopping district under the subway, it's not hot at all and it's easy. I didn't know when I went there, but I found out when I got there. ;;I really like the room. In Tokyo, I only stayed in small hotels, so I was relieved to come to a place this spacious. There's even a microwave in the room. Awesome...the bathroom is also spacious. You can take a half-body bath. However, the bathroom toilet is a bit small. It will be difficult for big men or fat people. And the direction of the room was toward the subway and trains...you could hear the sound even with the window closed. Sensitive people may find it uncomfortable.(recent visit)Since the neighborhood is small, I didn't know there were so many touts near the hotel. I was really surprised that it was available not only late at night but also in the morning. Kyabakura (キャバクラ), massage (マッサージ)... There seem to be a lot of massages here. He even came to the hotel on a business trip...the hotel is so nice. I am satisfied again.

Please note that cancellation is not possible.I made a mistake in the date and time of my reservation via Goda online, so I immediately requested cancellation through Agoda and the hotel directly by phone to cancel or change the date, but both requests were impossible. I decided to just pay without staying overnight. It's my fault for not checking before clicking on the registration button, but if you make a mistake, you cannot cancel, so be very careful when making a reservation.

I wanted to have a relaxing drink with a friend for the first time in a few years, so I searched for a business hotel and was able to stay there at a pretty cheap price. It's still relatively new, so it's in good condition overall. The people at the front desk were very friendly and leaving the keys in was smooth.Since I am an experienced house cleaner, I was a little concerned about the dirt on the bathroom ventilation fan and the dirt next to the toilet paper holder (I wiped it off lol), but overall I think the cost performance is high. It's a bit of a walk from Chiba Chuo Station, but if you cross the crosswalk, it's close by, and there's a convenience store right next to it, so I think the location is good.I will also use it for any other occasion.

This is true for all Livemax stores, and I don't know if having all the staff members be foreigners helps reduce costs, but I think it only has a negative effect on the service and the overall impression. I feel that this is actually a negative compared to the reduction costs. When dealing with Japanese people at the front desk, it would be possible to respond in a delicate and flexible manner, but in many cases this is not flexible enough. The cleaning issue is even more noticeable, with dust accumulating everywhere in the room, and although you can put up with it because it's cheap, there are people who can't stand it and decide to stay at APA or Toyoko Inn even if it's a little more expensive. I think there are many. The box itself is comparable to other hotels, but I wonder if they have to be cheap because of the service? It's a shame to say that.

Personally, I'm satisfied because it's relatively close to the station and reasonably priced. However, it may be a little inconvenient for those looking for excellent service.I had to go through the procedures myself at the automatic check-in machine, but there was no other explanation from the front desk. It's just a business atmosphere. There were no particular inconveniences in the room, but the drainage in the sink was a little weak and I was worried that it wouldn't drain. I felt that the bottom corner of the bathtub was not cleaned enough, so if you want to store hot water, you may want to take care of that. The mall under the guard is right in front of you, so it's very convenient for shopping and eating. You can walk through the mall from the station and exit from the exit in front of the hotel, so it's convenient that you don't have to worry about the weather. However, the back streets of the hotel have the atmosphere of a busy nightlife area, so if you don't like that kind of atmosphere, you might want to avoid wandering around.

This is a budget hotel that is suitable for cheap and cozy stays for tourists as the Chiba train station is just 8 mins walk away. I’ve paid around 5500¥ per night for a small room for 2. The room has a small fridge, microwave and humidifier. Despite having a small toilet, it is very well maintained to me as a foreigner. The only cons is that the semi-double bed is a bit on the smaller side for two and the receptionist doesn’t speak English, which is okay in Chiba.

This is a hotel I use often. The room is not large, but it is clean. Because it's close to the downtown area and facing the road, it was sometimes noisy at night, but it wasn't that bothersome. It's about a 10-minute walk from Chiba Station, and there are many places to eat nearby, so you don't have to worry about eating, and there's a 24-hour supermarket right in front of you, so it's very convenient. Many Livemax locations don't have staff, but this one had staff on hand all the time, so it was convenient for me to drop off my luggage. There are no mugs in the room, but you can borrow one if you ask at the front desk.

The location is very good and the receptionist is very kind. There are convenience stores, 24-hour supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. + Near the station. The price is probably the cheapest around here.
