The staff's response was the worst and I was left with no other impression.Specifically, when I asked about something I was concerned about during the explanation at reception, I was told, "I'll explain that later."Of course, there may have been some sort of explanation, but I listened carefully to the timing of the conversation, and I don't think it was an unreasonable intrusion. It's a good question if you can answer it in one word.I don't think the facility had a bad system, but it just happened to be an insensitive employee. But it was extremely unpleasant.

I used it last year while playing in the river. There is a long roller slide, an insect museum, and even a place with live beetles, so you can have fun. There are no watchmen at the river pool. Parents please keep an eye on it. (I think it's ok to take responsibility for yourself)The pool and river were beautiful and we enjoyed it very much. The river has a fast flow in some places. It is especially important to supervise the river, but if you are careful, you can have a lot of fun.

I took my kids swimming and they were so happy. There are swimming holes using the river, separated by sections. The upper part is a little shallower and the lower part is deeper, making it easy to swim. There were also water slides that I enjoyed over and over again.Restrooms are also nearby and easy to use. There was a room full of beetles and insects, and the children were very happy there too.

We had the best family camping experience. This time, I stayed in Kamakiri, a five-person room. The room is very clean and has a variety of dishes and utensils. The river pool was wide and shallow, perfect for children. The slider was just the right length and the water was flowing smoothly, making a big splash (lol). The roller slide had a lot of fun going through the trees and you couldn't see what was ahead. Mats are also provided, so you can ski even after rain or when there is morning dew.The children were also very excited at the Kabutomushi Fureaikan. It was my first time to see so many beetles, and it was great to see them sucking and to touch them.I was able to buy a beetle, so I bought it on the first day and watched it with fascination. At night, we had a barbecue. There are many covered areas so you don't have to worry about rain. Also, if you have the time, I recommend a pizza oven. If you buy a pizza for 200 to 300 yen, add some toppings and cheese on top and bake it, you'll get a crispy and chewy pizza just like you'd get at a restaurant! All trash can be separated and disposed of at the campsite. The manager was also kind. I’m thinking of going again next year!
