I went there because the executive buffet was famous. Since it was a weekday, I was able to stay at a relatively cheap price. It's an all-inclusive hotel, and everything from Yufuin beer, alcohol, juice, snacks, to ice cream in the lobby is amazing. The dinner buffet was very satisfying with everything from crab to salt-grilled sweetfish. The hot spring water is very good, but it was a shame that only one of the men and women had a sauna. The view of Mt. Yufu from the room is soothing.

All food and drinks at the hotel are included in the trip price. The dinner buffet was the most luxurious I've ever had🥰The steak and tempura🍤 are grilled or fried right in front of you, so you can eat them piping hot, and the sashimi is extremely fresh.Although there were few Japanese staff, there were no inconveniences.Everyone is kind 😄

I searched the Internet and came to Sansuikan.Since it's a hotel, there's nothing you can do about the facilities, but the meals are...I don't understand the good reviews and I need some pepper.I asked for it, but got moldy pepper.I have doubts about whether I should trust and eat the food at this hotel. It takes. I feel bad for ruining my long-awaited vacation.

The bath is large and has a wonderful view of the mountains. The room has a Showa feel, but is spacious and acceptable. There are almost no restaurants nearby where you can eat dinner. It's relatively expensive, so if the baths are open until around 10am and check-out is at 11am, I'd give it 4 stars.

The hot spring I really wanted to go to was closed, so I chose this one without any reservations, but there were no Japanese staff at this inn! The people at the front desk were all from Europe or India, and I couldn't understand their Japanese at all. When I said I just wanted to go to the hot springs, I asked where I could pay, but the blonde woman suddenly took me to the hot springs! When I was really confused, a bossy Indian guy suddenly came into the bathroom and said, ``You have to pay and buy a ticket first.'' Even more annoying, the bossy guy said to me, ``Your method is illegal! '' he said. I got really angry and said, ``The staff member just brought me here! ” but they didn't understand at all and ignored me! On the internet, the hot springs cost 400 yen, but in reality it cost 700 yen, and I had to pay separately for towels and bath towels, so I ended up spending 1000 yen. When I went inside, I found that there was hot spring water, but two of the bathrooms were under repair, and the whole thing looked like a regular public bath. Everyone said, ``It's expensive and it's not worth coming anymore,'' and the staff were terrible. I was really disappointed in this incident during my trip to Yufuin...

Room: bed, decent, no bottled waterLarge bath: You must bring a towel from your room, and it is also available at the front desk. Each day is divided into men and women on the 1st and 2nd floors, and overall it is okay.Meals: Buffet, more than enough people say they can eat well? Nothing to eat. There are many types of sweet alcohol, so connoisseurs will be satisfied.Others: Unlimited beer, beverages and light snacks on the 1st floor, free use of 3 massage machines. Until 12 o'clock. Lovers are satisfiedOverall score: ok for the price
