It was my first time at Tsuetate Onsen. From a cost performance standpoint, I was very satisfied. The view from the room is also great. The view of the river and valley in front of me and the surrounding scenery was so beautiful that I thought this was the real elegance. The hot spring also made my skin smooth.I would like to write about some things that I think first-timers should be careful about.Parking at the inn is quite difficult even for light vehicles. There is a partition and a cigarette butt disposal area at the entrance. So I can ride a bike. There is a parking lot by the river, but you can only enter from the opposite side of the inn. You will cross the river, but there are no guardrails. Please be careful. The key to the room is an auto-lock. It takes some skill to open the lock. It may be difficult at first. There are times when there is no one at the front desk. I'm told to call you, but I'm in trouble if I don't have a cell phone signal. It is quite difficult to adjust the temperature of the bath in the room. It was extremely hot and cold. That's it.Wi-Fi in the room has good sensitivity. The rooms are very clean. The futon was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. I have back pain, but it didn't bother me.When checking out, just leave the key at the front desk and go home.It was an inn that I would like to visit again.

This was our first family trip and we stayed overnight without meals. It was busy that day during Golden Week, but they went out of their way to give us a call for a detour, and even ran to deliver any items we had left behind after leaving the room.I am very satisfied with the responsiveness. The room was clean and on the 7th floor, so the view from the window was great, and the kids were happy.I look forward to working with you again if you have the opportunity.thank you very much.

A hotel full of things to doIn the room, I could hear the noise from the next room, and the door to the room wouldn't close, so I had to change rooms. The food also looks like it's just a collection of commercial ingredients. The bath was also ``some kind of aquaculture pond?'' A bath that doesn't look good. Not recommended

Although the building is old, it is a clean inn. The customer service is good, and the hot springs are hot but good. The retro Showa-era hot spring town is also wonderful.

Anyway, I could see the steam coming from the room and it made me forget about everyday life! ︎The hot springs healed my whole body. Each dish was beautifully plated, and the head chef taught me that cooking is the basis of hospitality. It was a ryokan that I would definitely want to go to again! ︎

Since we stayed on a Monday, we happened to be one of the guests. As per the reputation, both dinner and breakfast were elaborate and both quantity and quality were excellent.During the meal, I was able to talk about various things with the manager, the head chef, and the foreign staff, and I had a great time.It was an inn that I would like to visit again if I have the chance.
