It was a trip with my sister.I stayed at "Tsuki".The terrace along the river is the ultimate space. Also, the feeling of entering the room from the middle staircase gave it a special feeling as if it were a secret room.Cleanliness also ◎Both the lobby and gallery were small and comfortable spaces. The customer service is polite and the distance between them is comfortable. For other postsThere were some people who said, ``I wonder if there's anything better than this,'' and I felt the same way about this inn. For me, it was a striking inn.The moss at the entrance to the inn and the approach area are neatly arranged and fresh, and just the feeling of entering this inn is both exciting and soothing.I am humbled by everyone who takes care of us every day. The quality of the spring water also made my skin smooth.Oh yeah, please note that credit cards are VISA or Master.Thank you for your prompt response to this problem at the reception. Thank you.

It was a great stay. The overall atmosphere of the inn was very nice, as were the rooms, bathrooms, and food. I wonder if there is more than this.Especially the food was really great. It wasn't a strong flavor at all, but the ingredients were complemented well, giving it the feel of a high-end restaurant. I think there are some really good cooks out there. The horse sashimi was also fresh and very tasty. All of the staff were really kind and polite, and I never had a bad experience.I would definitely like to stay again (^-^)

Anyway, the staff's customer service was polite and good! This time I stayed in the moon room.It had a Japanese-style room and a terrace, and there was also a bed in the loft, so it was very comfortable! The horse sashimi dinner and breakfast were both voluminous and delicious. As for the baths, if there were two family baths available, I could use them without making a reservation, which was great. However, I was nervous about parking in the nearby parking lot because the road was so narrow, so it might be safer to park a little further away and walk there.

A ryokan located in the middle of Kurokawa. It was the cheapest room, so it was about 4 tatami mats. The interior has a Japanese feel. I'm glad that jazz was playing. Both dinner and breakfast were pretty good. I guess it's not enough.

This is the inn I stayed at when I visited Kurokawa Onsen for the first time. This is a nice inn where the customer service is very polite and you don't have to be afraid. The whole inn feels like you have traveled back in time several decades ago, and it has a very calming feel. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is very relaxing, with partitions so you can relax without worrying about other guests. The breakfast was also quite plentiful and delicious. The water in the bath was just right, neither lukewarm nor hot. The family bath is spacious and you can soak in it slowly. The location is a bit confusing, but on the other hand, there aren't many cars coming in, so it's quiet. The room I stayed in this time was a corner room with a nice view, and the river was right in front of me, but if I closed the door, I hardly noticed it.This is an inn I would definitely stay at again if I have the chance.

The level of service and customer service has clearly dropped compared to a few years ago. It's a shame.

The atmosphere and customer service were good.I felt the hospitality. The Kurokawa Onsen situation is well directed. The food is disappointing. It's not particularly delicious either. It has no taste.Similarly, the bath doesn't have a great view either. The sister hotel Noshiyu was better. However, I am convinced that it would be impossible to renovate or build an open-air bath on that site.
