I stayed here to commemorate my registration.I stayed at Dandan in the annex, and it was very nice to have an indoor bath with free flowing hot spring water 24 hours a day. There was also a refrigerator large enough for a person living alone, and there was plenty of room for the cake I brought with me.It's a bit far from the main building, but they seem to provide transportation before and after meals, and it felt nice to take a walk. The food was very delicious, and the service was very good, even writing a wedding gift on a colored paper, so I would like to use it again.

I went to the hot springs for a day.You go in and buy a ticket at a ticket vending machine and then enter. The ticket price was 600 yen.I don't know if the staff are friendly, but maybe because it's famous for its beauty bath, there are so many people that it feels like a market place, so if you're looking to quietly enjoy the hot springs, I recommend it.The hot spring has two baths and it’s really, really hot.The person below left a review saying there is no shower, but the shower has to go down the stairs. There is one hot spring bath and a shower there. The hot spring at the bottom of the stairs was so hot that I got out right after soaking my feet in it. It was really hot. There was (body wash/shampoo/conditioner).There is absolutely no intention to visit again.

Didn't stay in a guest room, just soaked in the hot springsThe service attitude at the front desk was okay, and the overall environment felt pretty good. There is an open-air hot spring where you can stand and soak, which is quite comfortable.

Day trip hot spring use.Only women using the hot springs have no showers. There are two types: open-air standing baths and regular open-air baths. There was a mention of a private bath, but the receptionist replied, ``No, there isn't.'' disappointing.Hot water was good.It might be nice to enjoy hot water.

2024-June [Japan's Top 100 Hidden Hot Springs Inns] Kaiseki cuisine to enjoy Kumamoto's four seasons, marbled horse sashimi and Aso beef steak, 24-hour unlimited access with indoor hot spring bath [Nozomi] Japanese-Western style room 27 square meters Annex Dandan I went there.Although there was a heavy rain warning, there was no problem as a Nissan Serena could take us to and from the annex and main building. It is not recommended to take a bath in the main building and walk back to the annex in a yukata. After taking a hot spring, your sweat won't go away, so your yukata will cling to your legs.roomNozomi is located in the annex Dandan, but I didn't know this and when I opened the entrance to Nozomi, it remained closed. Apparently I was supposed to check in at the main building, so I wondered if I would have to drive down the narrow road again. While I was having a hard time, someone from the main building used Serena to bring me the key.``I was watching on the monitor and it seemed like you had arrived, so I brought you the key.'' Oh, that's wonderful. We safely arrived at Nozomi and completed check-in after explaining the accommodation and providing information about dinner time.Nozomi is a twin Japanese-Western room with an indoor hot spring (9 tatami mats) + 6.5 tatami (Western style) rooms, and the bed width is 130 cm. Additionally, there is a fairly large refrigerator in the entryway. The free-flowing indoor bath was very nice and the bed was very hard. The front door of the TV is opened solemnly, like a Buddhist altar, so it feels a little strange. I think they usually try not to show the TV to give the room a sense of unity, but I ended up watching the TV, and it was even more so this time, when a heavy rain warning had been issued for a linear precipitation zone.hot springThe quality of the hot spring water is so moist that your skin won't feel dry even after taking a bath; in fact, it will feel smooth as if you've applied lotion.cookingI eat it at a restaurant, and the waitstaff are foreigners, so I don't have any problems communicating with them. The rice was especially good. The slightly hard and crunchy rice goes well with cooking. There are many inns in Kurokawa Onsenkyo, and I think each one has its own merits no matter where you stay. This time it was in the middle of the rainy season, but I would like to go again in a different season.
