To be honest, it's hard to find the location...(lol)The parking lot is hard to find and it's really a bit far. There are so many letters that if you go from outside the prefecture, you might hesitate because it's in a residential area...The guest room was spacious and relatively clean, but even though the vacuum cleaner was charged, it wouldn't turn on, so I couldn't clean it...I didn't check the bathroom properly, so there was a bit of dirt and hair floating around. And I guess it was quite small for two children...I didn't have any plans to go to the hot springs, so that was a shame...The bedroom was spacious and very nice!It took a while because I didn't know it when I checked in, and the PIN number to enter was long and difficult to remember.

This time, my family of 8 stayed here for the first time during the Obon holiday.When I entered, I had the impression that it was very spacious and clean.There were 5 double beds, and the living room was very spacious, so I was instantly happy as I thought it would be a comfortable trip.When I looked closely, I noticed that the toilet was full of mold, there was hair from the person in front of me in the bathroom, there were a few ants on the sink in front of the bathroom, there were a few on the floor, and there were even ants moving on the towels. I discovered it.The bite was extremely painful, and I don't like insects, so just looking at them made me feel disgusted.When I called the representative's phone number, they said they would give me a 15% refund, and if I was bitten by an ant and had to go to the hospital, they would pay for it. That's what I was told,It's not a question of money, but more importantly, can I go to bed without worrying about my child getting bitten or getting into my sleeping area?That's how I felt.This is not a place that I wholeheartedly recommend for families, people who are afraid of insects, or people with sensitive skin.

After booking the hotel, I did not receive any relevant message. I contacted the customer service center and could not contact the relevant processing personnel. Although I successfully entered the gate later, I still could not check in. I have no idea what happened. It is recommended to go to the hotel early to handle it before 5 p.m.

No check-in information was given when booking with Agoda. You can only contact Agoda customer service. The on-site contact number is not available for foreigners and they can only be locked out for a period of time. It is a very bad experience.

The cumbersome check-in procedures and booking customer service also made me wait outside for more than 2 hours. The answer I got was that I would wait another 30 minutes and there would be no news. I would never come again.

I used agoda to book a room, but I didn't receive the door code, room number, or anything from gmail. I only received a deduction notice. When traveling in Japan, I have no way to contact the hotel by phone. I can only rely on customer service to contact the store.
