The downside is that you have to take about 25 minutes by bus from the station.Very good ryokan if you want kaiseki and Japanese tatami room with hot springs

Stayed in a room with an open-air bath in March. Despite the old setupThe cleaning was done properly, and we had a relaxing time with a nice view from the open-air bath. I was able to experience hell steaming, and the private bath was very comfortable.I'm very happy to be able to spend time interacting with my cat.

Family bath 1500~2000~ (open-air bath) 60 minutes reserved.Large public bath 400 yen.Available bathing hours: 13:00 to 18:00 (until 15:00 on Saturdays)The quality of the spring water is ``Although it is a sulfur spring, it is alkaline and contains plenty of metasilicic acid, hydrogen carbonate ions, and sulfate ions, making it the best slippery hot spring in Beppu."Hot water that improves your skin's beauty and improves your skin care."Use the open-air family bath (for 3 people).A note in the changing room“The source is boiling water. When bathing, be careful of burns and the hot water supply.Check the temperature of the bathtub before taking off your clothes.Make sure the water in the shower is hot.''Really be careful 😅There was no one taking a bath before, so the water was about 98℃😳.It takes about 10-15 minutes to get it to the right temperature (my husband likes boiling water (about 43℃)) 😂I don't like boiling water (40 degrees Celsius), so I would have to add water for another 5 minutes😆When I finally got the water to the right temperature, I entered it.It's a sunny day, so the sky is beautiful and the wind feels nice and warm.It feels a little slimy, probably because I added water.I couldn't meet the signboard cat 🐈

I took a family bath in the open-air bath for 2000 yen/60 minutes. It’s hot❗️🥵.I can't get in!Dilute with water for 20 minutes. I was finally able to enter it.No scent. The quality of the spring water will leave your skin smooth and smooth. Isn't it quite diluted by water and the hot spring feeling is also diluted? I'm worried. It's spacious and you can relax, but the only thing you need to worry about is managing the water temperature.
