Be sure to come and check it out if you have the chance! The service, meals, rooms, and hot springs are all great! Although I have never stayed in other homes, I highly recommend it!

It's the worst. During dinner, the person making the bed came in and stole several tens of thousands of yen from my bag. When I complained, the ryokan insisted that it had never happened. It wasn't something he had done once or twice. There were a lot of bills, but instead of cleverly taking them all, he stole several 5,000 yen bills. I'm so angry and dumbfounded. Don't go to this unscrupulous place. Good ryokans are widespread.

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews, and the hot springs and customer service were very good. I was especially satisfied with each dish prepared by the head chef. The hot spring felt so soft and my skin felt so smooth that I wanted to stay in it forever.

The environment is beautiful, the authentic Japanese food is delicious, the hot spring experience is enjoyable, and the tatami mats and comfortable pillows and quilts gave me a good night's sleep. The service staff, Ms. Matsushita, was very kind and enthusiastic. She helped provide ice kettles and hot water bottles, and also gave us delicious desserts. When she learned that our train time was approaching, she immediately arranged a driver for us and took us to the station for free. It was really We're sorry for the trouble they've caused, and we're very grateful for their help. I think I will definitely visit again. move.
