I had made a reservation, but a certain website said there were 3 bathrooms, but the inn's website listed 2 bathrooms and the room sizes were different, so I was worried, so I checked out. I tried calling later at around 1pm and around 9pm after dinner, but I couldn't get through. I didn't have an email address, so I contacted the reservation site, but they couldn't contact me either, so I canceled. (By the way, the reservation site deals with relatively good accommodations in Japan)I had booked a room for about 70,000 yen for 1 night and 2 meals for 2 people, but this was a bit...By the way, Kamenoi Bessou in Yufuin, where I made a reservation for the next day, was very responsive and I had no concerns at all before I even stayed there.

The other day, I went on a hot spring trip with a friend.The location is in a residential area, and is there a place like this? However, when I passed through the gate, I saw a beautiful stone pavement approach with clear water, and my expectations for the time I was going to spend at the inn increased.My friend's 2-year-old child was also with us, and we were able to spend a very comfortable time thanks to the kind and thoughtful attention given to us by the hostess and other staff members.As the name suggests, it is a Japanese-style inn, and each dish was carefully crafted to reflect the season, and the dishes were carefully selected. It was great that everything was served in the room and I was able to eat slowly without worrying about my surroundings.The price structure included all food and drinks in the accommodation fee, so you could enjoy beer, local sake, local juice, special coffee, etc. without worrying about the price and feel free to enjoy something that goes well with your meal. I was happy to be able to freely drink whatever I wanted in the lounge during my stay.All of the hot springs can be reserved for private use, and we enjoyed three types: cypress, rock, and medicinal. The water was a little hot.There are plenty of amenities, especially the eco-friendly toothbrushes made of bamboo, which are very comfortable to use, and I felt that this is typical of Oita, which is famous for its bamboo crafts.Personally, I don't think this inn is for people who are looking for scenery or entertainment, but it is a very fulfilling inn for those who want to enjoy food, drinks, and hot springs in a leisurely manner without the crowds. I thought.I would like to visit again in a different season.

It was a small, quiet and relaxing space. Meals in the room, bath in the room, 3 types of hot springs, amenities, and lounge were good. All the staff were very nice and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely like to go again.

I traveled to Golden Week for the first time in my life, and it was the worst trip ever. I don't want to come to this inn or even Beppu again. First of all, when I made the reservation, I felt like I couldn't contact them at all, but I was told that they are only open 3 times a week. When I arrived and entered the inn, the whole place smelled musty and dusty and I couldn't stop sneezing until I left. The food came out very slowly, it took about 2 hours for about 13 dishes, and they forgot to serve one person halfway through the meal. When I pointed this out, the landlady said, ``Oh, really?'' and acted like it was someone else's problem. At first, the manager was honest and said things would get better, so I trusted him a little, but the next day, he turned around and started threatening things in front of the small children. I paid a very high price to stay there because it was said to be a high-class inn, but a bungalow in the mountains was still better.

It was located in a quiet residential area.When I parked in the parking lot, a staff member came and carried my luggage to my room.The scent of incense that wafts into the building is very soothing and soothing.The rooms are clean and all made of cypress wood, there is a private bath, and you can drink all-you-can-drink juice and Sapporo Black Label in the lounge. I thought the price was extremely reasonable considering the service provided.

The customer service and space were both very good.Speaking of greed, I wanted a refrigerator in the room.Although the room was renovated, the only regret was that the flow in the bathroom was poor.There are three hot springs in the building, and although the scenery is not very enjoyable as it is located in a residential area, it is nice to have fresh air coming in.The number of guests staying is limited, so you can enjoy your stay in a relaxed manner.Alcohol was included in the price, the food was delicious, and both meals were served in a separate room with a view of the garden.
