I stayed here for 12 days, it was clean and affordable. There is a large public space where you can order food and drinks. The employees are very nice and will respond to any requests as soon as possible. The service is available 24 hours a day.The most important thing is that everything needed for diving is here. I got two diving certificates here: Open water & Advanced open.water. I went from scratch to deep diving and night diving in one week. The boss is a PADI certified diving instructor and the courses are very affordable.

Actually NO star.Toilet very dirty and uncleaned. Cleaning agent used after 2 attempts upon request.The smell from the bathroom and room was deafening.Pool not usable because full of dirt.Neglected facility.No infrastructure, beach is concrete, dead environment.Total wasteland.NO RECOMMENDATION

I have had the best diving experience of the entire summer 2024, with this company on Menjangan island in the Permutaran National Park.My diving instructor and guide, Mr. Curly is the smartest underwater, most professional and most experienced person I have met so far.It has been a religious experience diving with them in this AMAZING place.Thank you very much, friends, I will return as soon as I can and of course, I will repeat.♥️ I loved sharing with you ♥️

The room is dark, the walls are shabby, there are cobwebs on the walls, garbage under the bed.The bathroom is dirty, there are cobwebs on the walls, there is moisture in the bathroom, so sometimes there are cockroaches.A place in the dining room with a dirty floor.It's obvious they don't care about this place, which is a shameIt would be enough to wash and refresh everything.

This place is nice, the pool is refreshing and even if the bathroom needs some work on the kindness of the staff will compensate for it. If you don’t expect a 5 stars palace you should enjoy your stay in this calm and relaxing place .

Cheap place to stay right by the beach and the people running it are fantastic! Unfortunately the big fan and toilet were broken in the dorm set up so it was a pretty hot night, but for the price it was great.

A cool hostel, it had an outdoor space with a pool, tables and a very nice garden. The rooms were a bit shabby, even there was a plug in the whole room, sometimes insects came in. We had to ask for a blanket because the one they gave was very small. Decent wifi. Very good location next to the beach and a little away from the center which is appreciated. Very friendly service. Breakfast banana pancake and coffee/tea. Very good value for money.

The stay was confusing.Firstly our king size room was quite comfortable, but the bathroom was filthy under the toilet and had some bugs.Their was some loud noises the first day because the place seems to be in maintenance. Our arrival was warm and we felt welcolmed, however the hosts were pushy with additional services and offers like snorkeling trips etc and we were tired from our trip.We had a problem with the staff as one worker that was mostly there at night had trouble getting our orders right, mostly with beers. The last day at the check-out we went to pay our tab, and we agreed to only pay 5 bintangs instead of 6 because the count was not kept correctly, we left them with the money after discussing and defending our side and they threw one of the bottle we refused (because it was not sparkling) at us and the elder shouted at us that he would call the immigration service on us. This last experience truly worsened our journey at this place.Paper toilet might be an issue if you need it urgently as staff can’t find it under a couple of hours. And most of the food in the menu will often be unavailable because they are lacking it, for instance no fruit plate was ever served to us and the breakfast banana pancake kept shrinking during our stay.

Unpleasant experience, we had reserved 2 nights but did not even stay one night (refund of one night out of the two after long debate).Places which are very dirty, from the parking lot you can see a mountain of empty bottles, not to mention the mini recycling centers inside.In the room, the smell of trash persists despite the air fresheners. Presence of cockroaches in the shower.Unwelcoming staff who only smile when paying

We had a double bedroom on the left side of the sitting Area nearly the last one.Room:Bed was comfortable and AC worked perfectly. Shower was ok, toilet a bit to small (for men). We had some cockroaches, ants and centipetes in our bathroom and it smelled really moldy. The room in total was not properly cleaned.Pool was nice, breakfast was easy with a Banana pancake and tea/kopi. The staff was very friendly and spoke mostly English.

Bali Sunrise Dive is a chill place to stay very affordable. The rooms are good too with AC. They have a pool and restaurant.

PLACE UNDER MAINTENANCE DON'T BOOK IT NEITHER TRUST LOCAL REVIEWS!I booked it through agoda after reviewing reviews here and my friend found the place broken, a dog on his bed, they renovate so it's noisy, cleaning was terrible, windows are broken. And fortunately they removed their presence from Agoda as they are can't be open to the public right now. My friend paid 100K for another room with cut of electricity due to the rain, no aircon

Not bad for friendly service, but it's a shame we didn't give you towels, because I was told they were still being laundered 😂 When we were going to give them in the afternoon we had an overflow so we didn't use a bath towel, in the morning we were given the towels,Friendly owner, friendly staff, it's just that the water is very small, it's so small that I'm not used to bathing because there's a lack of water, and the bathroom looks scary, a bit dirty, maybe because it's an old building, the price is affordable, including BF 🤙🏻

You get what you pay for (that is why the 3 stars), if not, one would be more than enough . Pictures are nicer than reality. We had an issue with the sink sewer, and they never came to fix it. People at the restaurant (breakfast, which we didn't like) were really nice and attentive. The cleanness of the room was not good (don't look below the bed).

Stayed in shared room. This place has potential, it designed uniquely. but the cleanliness just so poor. For owner please to have some cleanliness and hospitality training for the staff on site. And please fix anything broken on the dorm room
