This is an inn with a calm atmosphere. Whatever I eat is very delicious, there is an open-air bath in the room, which is very comfortable, and the large public bath is also nice. We had delicious meals both morning and night, and they were very helpful in picking us up at Yufuin Station. He was kind and very nice.

It was my first time in Yufuin, and I ate delicious food and had a relaxing time in the open-air bath in each room, which was available 24 hours a day. Although it's far from Yufuin Station, the staff will pick you up and drop you off, so it wasn't an inconvenience. The staff was very helpful and I would like to stay there again.

It's right after getting off the Yufuin interchange. The welcoming and customer service with a smile is wonderful.The bath is warm and there is a bath in the room, but I love the large public bath. There are not many rooms, so you can spend a relaxing time. I went to the public bath many times. The rice is also great. This is my second time and it's great. I definitely want to go again

It's the best experience. The private open-air bath is truly the best. The fact that it is available 24 hours a day is great, and soaking in the hot spring water while looking at the sky is truly like heaven.Dinner is also really great. All the food is impeccably delicious and the hospitality is excellent.This is a place I want to come again.

This is my first visit to this place, looking for a place where I can relax and soak in the hot springs.You can receive a shuttle from Yufuin Station by making a reservation in advance.All rooms have an open-air bath, with simple alkaline hot springs flowing directly from the source.It seems that each room has a different style of bath, and this time we were guided to a room that did not differ significantly from the public bath.It's a luxury to have access 24 hours a day.The public bath looked nice, but the room was too comfortable so I only took a peek.All the rooms emphasize privacy and you can relax, so perhaps the public bath is not used much. I don't knowThe room is a Japanese-style room with two rooms, and you can enjoy a sunken kotatsu.It's very quiet, but it's right next to the road, so if a truck passes by, you'll hear a rattling noise.It might be nice if it were a little quieter, but the hot springs here are said to only flow within a 500 meter range.Apparently the owner was so impressed by this hot spring that he opened it here.I would like you to enjoy such a hot spring.The food was also very delicious.

I used it for my anniversary with my boyfriend, and all I can say is the best.Everyone I met, from greeting me to showing me to my room, to the dining area, answering the phone, and the staff, provided the best customer service.The food was really luxurious, and the quantity and quality were good, making me wonder if it was really worth the price. I was disappointed that I couldn't finish the course and was very sorry, but when I told them about it, they were flexible enough to bring dessert to my room later, which made me really happy. (*I think it depends on the item at the time, so I don't think we can necessarily accommodate it. Please be careful.)I was also surprised that he remembered what I had called him in advance and told me the route for the next day!The room had an atrium ceiling and a nice atmosphere, and the open air in the room was great with the morning mist.Due to the small number of rooms in total, we didn't meet many other guests, and we were able to relax and enjoy the large public bath, which was almost reserved for private use.Some people have written about car noises, but it may depend on the room, but personally I didn't notice it much. When I took a bath in the room, I could hear the sounds of the train, and I thought it was rather atmospheric.It was a great memory with the best customer service, and both my companion and I were very satisfied.I will definitely go again, and the staff are people I would like to meet again.thank you very much!

When I entered the inn, it was a different world.I was able to relax with polite customer service.The room was spacious and stylish, surrounded by antique furniture.The open-air bath in the guest room had just the right amount of hot water.I also went to the public bath, and it was spacious and warm. The attention to detail was evident in many places.Also, the food was really good. It looked beautiful, each piece was carefully made, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious.There was a fireplace near the dining area and a view of the garden from the window.Next time I want to climb Mt. Yufuin, this is the hotel I would like to stay at again.

Anyway, the food was delicious.I am very satisfied with Japanese food where I can fully enjoy the taste of the ingredients. It was true that I could hear the sound of cars running from the guest room, but at night I could only hear one car passing every 5.6 minutes or not, so it wasn't a problem. The open-air baths in the guest rooms are also fed by natural hot spring water, so you won't have to go all the way to the public bath, so you'll be very satisfied. I've heard that they refrain from making reservations from foreign tourists as much as possible, so I recommend it to all Japanese people who want to enjoy Yufuin in a relaxed manner.

There was no changing room in the room I stayed in 😑I'm very confused😑I have to take it off in my room 😑We stayed with 2 people, but both of us had trouble😑The bath itself is good...for the price

It is close to Yufuin IC and along the national highway, so there is car noise. ．． ．． I've seen reviews like that, but once you step through the rabbit hole entrance, you'll find yourself in a different world. You can definitely hear the sound of cars passing by, as it's along the national highway. However, the sound of the hot springs hitting the water surface and the chirping of birds and insects far outweigh the sounds. The garden is small, but it doesn't feel that way; everything from the sunlight coming in through the trees, the atmosphere in the guest room, the scenery and deliciousness of the food, and the customer service was more than satisfying. I've been to high-end hotels all over Kyushu, but I haven't come across any that are as affordable as this one. I wanted to enjoy Konokura in all four seasons.

Thank you for staying with us for one night. The food was more than perfect, beautiful and delicious.I think it would be a good idea to be more careful about the timing of serving and drinks.The room was close to the road, so it was noisy and woke me up frequently. The open-air bath in the room was decorated with red maple leaves, giving it a nice atmosphere. The large public bath was also available for private use and we enjoyed it.However, the toilet in the room smells and the bathroom is kerosene? It was smelly.The welcome dessert was nice, but I didn't like the tableware being left in my room until I got home, and I also didn't feel comfortable calling them and asking them to come pick it up, so I wish they would have said a little more to me. There were many other things that I thought about.I understand the concept of the inn, but wouldn't it have become a problem if I left it alone?I would like it to be improved a little more. It's a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our employees, even on a daily basis, and for our customers!

The food is absolutely delicious. The room also has an open-air bath, which is nice. However, since it faces a road with a lot of traffic, the vibrations from the cars are strong enough to shake the building. Also, the bathroom in the room was a little dirty.It's a shame because the food was perfect.It was an inn that I would want to visit again for the food.
