I arrived early at 11:00, but as soon as I parked my car in the parking lot, someone came to greet me.I had decided to take a walk during the day, so I just parked the car, called a taxi, and headed straight into the city. After checking in to the room, we went straight to the room bath, and after taking a hot spring, we had an aperitif in the common room drinking champagne before dinner. It was so luxurious and the best! The food was perfect and very delicious! The staff members who passed each other greeted me politely as I was guided to my room.It was a very nice holiday.I would like to go again to reward myself.

It's friendly, I like the food, and best of all, there's a hot spring in every room, which is great!

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of the year. The food was normal, and the room (in an annex?) felt like it was renovated from an old building, but it was great that you could stay with your dog and that the room was large and had a bath.

I don't often write reviews, but it seems like a lot of Korean people go there, so I'm leaving a review. I liked the room and location, but was somewhat disappointed with the service. It may be a bit difficult if you don't speak Japanese. For your information, I can't speak Japanese, but I have no problem writing English. Fortunately, it was okay because there was a Korean staff member in charge from the second day, but on the first day, there was only a Japanese staff member who was not good at English, so communication was difficult. And crucially, my condition was so bad that I must have been sick after lunch on the first day, and the dinner kaiseki dinner was not allowed to be canceled on the same day, and takeout or eating in the room was not allowed, so in the end, I couldn't even eat a single bite of the dinner that cost about 150,000 to 200,000 won per person. It would have been nice if consideration had been given to allowing guests to take out at least some of the cooked food or eat it in their rooms. Another thing I don't understand is that the room smelled like food from the beginning, and I couldn't tell if it was soybean paste or meju. If cooking wasn't done in the room, I don't know why it smelled like food. Is it okay to eat food bought at a convenience store, but not kaiseki?? I don't know what the standards are. What I was embarrassed about when checking out was that check-out was at 11 o'clock, but the staff came to the room at 11 o'clock and told me that a taxi had arrived. The day before, I told them to call a taxi around 11:30 if the check-out was at 11, but it seems there was definitely a communication problem. As I was being chased out of the room, I inquired at the front desk, and a Korean staff member apologized to the taxi driver and called another taxi 20 to 30 minutes later. Thanks to the friendly Korean staff, I was able to relax in the lobby and leave. I think it would have been a very disappointing experience without him. I think this place, which aims to be a high-end ryokan, needs to pay more attention to communication issues with the staff.

My family and I used the Tsukishiro room.It was great in so many ways!First of all, the room was comfortable.Apart from the bedroom, you can also put a futon in the Japanese-style room, so you can lie down with your children.Since you can stay with your dog, everything has sliding doors so you can easily move around without any steps. The indoor bath is comfortable with natural hot spring water, and the shower is easy to use.The amenities were luxurious and I didn't feel like I was missing anything. The meal was a very delicious kaiseki meal, with many things I had never eaten before, and the timing of the courses being brought to me was perfect!I was worried about what to do for my child, but I was able to order them separately and they were given a plate of their favorite food, so they were very happy. The room is separate and a little far from the main building, but there is no problem because they will take you from your room to the main building by car even if it is a short distance. The staff always cared about me and made a good impression on me and was easy to talk to.I would like to use it again ^ ^
