I stayed one night to go on the alpine route.It is a nearby place, less than 10 minutes from the station.Because the hotel is an old building, there is no elevator, but the prices are quite affordable.Just because the building is old doesn't mean it's dirty. It's well-cleaned and clean, and it's a non-smoking room, so there's no smell of cigarettes.I like it because the owner is friendly.

I went to see if there was a cheap place for a solo motorcycle trip. I stayed on the 5th floor, but I couldn't connect to the internet, so I was able to set it up at the front desk on the 1st floor. There was a food store right in front of the station so I didn't have much trouble. The room isn't great, but considering the price and the proximity to Matsumoto Station, I don't think it's a problem.

It's about an 8 minute walk from Matsumoto Station.A classic hotel across the river from the hotel trend.The owner's wife's elegant demeanor and good personality are very nice.This hotel is not a hotel you choose just because it's cheap. Because it is a very old hotel, the facilities are poor and everything is old. This is a hotel that can be used by experienced travellers.There are people who think that old means dirty, and people who don't have toothbrushes or razors! For those who don't have an elevator, please pay an additional 3 or 4,000 yen and go to another hotel.In the past, I used to stay at Hotel Trend, but recently I've been choosing to stay here if there's a room available.As mentioned above, there is no elevator, but it's probably around the 6th floor at most. So it's not a big deal to walk up the mountain. Even if you bring a suitcase, there is no place to put it in the room, and if you are complaining about this, I recommend that you exercise a little more.
