Thank you for staying with us for one night from September 21st. I apologize for the inconvenience, but to avoid a long sentence, I will write it as bullet points, omitting honorific titles.⚫︎Room...I was looking for a renovated 20 tatami Japanese style room. I took care of my wife, my child (elementary school students), and my parents, and it was spacious and spacious.⚫︎Dinner...I was aiming for eel kaiseki. Shirayaki was fatty and delicious. The eel sukiyaki also had a delicious sauce and was well received. If possible, hitsumabushi is usually eaten in two or three patterns, so I thought it would be good to have two bowls of eel (I don't think just one bowl would be enough).I also enjoyed the dessert buffet.⚫︎Breakfast...The homemade eggs with a flyer on the table are exquisite! Where do you buy it? I forgot to ask. The beef stew was also delicious...I thought it would be nice to have it served with the morning curry once in a while. The original ochazuke was good, and the miso soup was delicious with lots of ingredients (Is that miso rice miso? Barley miso? What is it?) The desserts were also delicious, and I thought the yogurt was especially delicious. The child received 7 plates of jelly.⚫︎The bath... It's a little small, but it didn't feel cramped, probably because the customers didn't overlap and were placed in different places. Is it a little hot? I thought so, but as I slowly soaked in the water, I got used to the heat and it turned out to be a good temperature. Naturally flowing from the source! My mother and wife both looked like they had applied lotion! This is highly praised. My father also came in three times, which is rare. It's also nice that you can take a bath 24 hours a day. My wife told me that the orchestra was made of wood and was heavy, so it would have been nice to have a plastic one. Afterwards, I was told that hairbrushes and razors were always on hand, but there were no rubber bands, so I would like to have them on hand.⚫︎Others...The entire building has tatami flooring, so it's comfortable to walk on, and you don't need slippers. Almost the entire building is barrier-free, so it's easy for my elderly father who has difficulty walking. The most recent time I worked with you was before the coronavirus pandemic. At that time, a young woman was the manager or something and let's improve things from here! I remember that it was near the starting point. Their motivation and enthusiasm were reflected in their HP as well. Since it was summer, my child won a prize in a lottery. This is the first time since the typhoon caused a sudden cancellation of reservations due to the coronavirus pandemic, but we have definitely evolved and made progress in the past few years, such as the renovation of the dining room and rooms, and the introduction of all tatami flooring in the aisles. I'm here. My child also enjoyed the manga corner and graffiti corner. Needless to say, the drink corner is a convenient and valuable presence. It would be nice if one or two more massage machines were added. The employees have always been good, and even though my parents had to go and not go, they were friendly and helpful, and I'm sorry. As other people have posted, there were some foreigners at the restaurant, so I guess it was a little difficult to communicate with them. It would be helpful if there were a few more Japanese people. Please increase the number of items in the souvenir corner...at the very least, please keep Kikyo Shingen mochi on hand or make reservations the day before. Thank you for recommending alcohol (as a souvenir) to someone like me who can't drink at all. The evaluation based on the price I paid this time was probably 90 points, based on the market prices of surrounding hotels. Next time, maybe sukiyaki?

As a person with a large body, it was quite difficult to sleep in a Japanese-style room with only one futon on top of the bed, as I could feel the tatami and wake up feeling sore.Although there is no open-air bath, it was nice to be able to take a bath even in the middle of the night. The free drink system was nice, but it was a bit of a hassle to carry a cup up the stairs, so I felt that if there was no elevator, it would be nice to have a free drink place on each floor. It's a 2 minute walk to 7-Eleven, so I don't mind that, but if it's a vending machine, it would be better if it wasn't a cup instead. However, since the location is near the lake, it was easy to go to the fireworks display.

Stayed in mid-April.The location is right next to Lake Suwa. It's nice to have Katakurakan, Senninburo, a park, and the Kitazawa Art Museum within walking distance. There are luxury hotels nearby so it gets a little lonely. The inside has been beautifully renovated and the food is delicious. It's a bit disappointing that the bath is small and there is no open-air bath. But the hot water felt good. It's KKR so you can't complain.

It's been a while since I stayed at KKR.Once upon a time, I stayed at KKR in Nasu. Maybe it doesn't exist anymore...Here we are looking for a suitable accommodation for sightseeing in Suwa. Many of the KKR houses are old, but they have been renovated and are beautiful. I wonder if any of the places are being renovated now. Tatami flooring as soon as you enter. The room was also clean. However, there is no toilet in the room, so it may be a bit of a hassle for people who like to go to the toilet once a night (such as elderly people). There seems to be no room with a toilet. Also, all the rooms seem to be Japanese-style rooms. The cleaning is done very well and there is a feeling of cleanliness, so you can stay with peace of mind. The bath is small with only an indoor bath. Since it's Suwa, of course it's a hot spring. It's not a very big place, but it's a gentle world where people who take a bath together give in to each other. There is also a family bath. The Japanese staff were very nice. The food was also delicious. Also free drinks. The little kids have been drinking a lot of juice lol It's nice to be able to check in, take a breather, and have something to drink.Although it doesn't have an open lake view, Lake Suwa is very close and can be reached by walking. That's why it's reasonably priced. I think it's good for casual sightseeing in Suwa.
