We have had the most amazing experience! The team were so accommodating. They were easily accessible to contact and more than happy to give us lifts to other areas. We couldn’t be happier with our stay! The team even made reservations for us at restaurants close by. Plus, the accommodation is stunning with the an amazing floor to roof window of the snow!

There are two buildings, A and B, side by side, and two families (6 adults, 3 children) stayed in B. Everything, including the bedding and towels, was clean and well-maintained, just like a hotel.Almost all tableware is available and it's spotless!There were garbage bags and a new duster, and there was also a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, which was delicious! lolI didn't have a bowl, so I used a pot instead, and I have a 3-cup rice cooker.There was a tabletop gas stove, but I couldn't find any gas.I didn't plan to use the washer/dryer and didn't bring any detergent, but my child was covered in mud from the day's activities, so I had to do some laundry in a hurry. Detergent was also provided, which was very helpful!I think this is to help you relax, but there are no clocks installed, so if you need one, we recommend bringing one.Although we stayed in mid-July and the temperature still hadn't reached 30℃, there were no air conditioners in all the rooms, but we kept the windows fully open and used several fans in the living room, so it was very refreshing. (The screen door closes tightly, so almost no insects will come in unless you forget to close it.)It was a bit cold at night, so it was nice to sleep with the windows closed.It was a wonderful memory of my trip! thank you very much!
