For better or worse, hospitality is lacking.If you think about it as a camping or glamping facility, you can enjoy the inconvenience, but if you think about it as an accommodation facility, it was often inadequate.Our attitude is to leave things that the facility is aware of, such as the questions and troubles that many guests have had, and not to cover them up through verbal or operational announcements or proactive measures.Even if you want to solve the problem, you may not be able to ask questions or confirm because there is no one stationed at the reception facility.Therefore, this is the rating for an accommodation facility where you pay a certain amount of money.

The tent is not safe and the chickens are so loud that I can't sleep at all. Not recommended. It's the worst experience of my life.

My family (2 adults, 3 elementary school students, and 2 dogs) used it during a trip to Karuizawa.I had a lot of anxiety as it was my first time traveling with a dog and my first trailer home, but the kids were very happy with the sleeping area in the loft, and the two dogs were running around in two different dog runs, so I didn't mind the long drive. I think the stress of traveling will be alleviated a little.For dinner, I chose Shinshu lettuce shabu-shabu, and it even came with udon noodles, so I was very satisfied.The original pizza was originally only available on Saturdays and Sundays, but thanks to the kindness of the staff, we were able to eat it even on weekdays.It was really delicious♪There were many other menu items as well.It was a trailer with only a shower room, but it was a shower room where you could sit, which was much more satisfying than a small unit bath.I stayed there in mid-June, and the temperature was chilly at night, so I was able to sleep very comfortably, and I also got a good night's rest.I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

When I heard it was a trailer house, I thought it would be small, but I was surprised at how spacious it was inside. The interior was stylish and clean. I had a very comfortable stay.I also had lettuce shabu-shabu, which was light and very delicious. I still want to use it.

It was my first time staying in a trailer house.I was surprised that it was bigger inside than I expected! ️It was no different from a normal house.The staff were kind, and above all, the barbecue was delicious and filling, so I was very satisfied. I'm thinking of trying the hot pot next time, but I'm not sure since the hamburger seems to be their signature item as well.Next time I'll invite a friend who has a dog!Thank you very much♪
