There is a private hot spring bath, close to Kinlin Lake, the heart of the rice bowl is quiet and spacious, and there is a convenience store nearby.

Terrible value for money, rooms did not have a bathroom so we had to use the onsen to shower, poor amenities for the price (e.g. water / tea offering) and limited parking availability.

I think the location is very good as it is near Lake Kinrinko. A convenience store (Lawson) is also nearby.The atmosphere in the hallway was good for the price, and the atmosphere in the rooms and common spaces was good.There are only 5 parking spaces attached to the building. Also, the photos posted on the reservation site are from the front side (Kinrinko Lake side). If you keep this in mind, you will definitely overlook it. From the main road side, it looks like an apartment building.The recommended way to find it is to look at it from Lawson and keep in mind that it is the first building from the station.Even if you are coming from the station, it is easier to understand if you go to Lawson and make a U-turn there.
