It was in the middle of a mountain road. It's a road you don't want to take at night. The building felt new. Yasaka's specialty, ``ash-yaki oyaki,'' which is grilled with ash, is famous. It was introduced that the dough is made by kneading flour into a hard shell, then filling it with plenty of ingredients, baking the surface in an enamel pot, and then slowly steaming and baking it in the ashes. I bought it as a souvenir, but it was very satisfying to eat. It's also nice to be able to see the demonstrations being performed near the guide. I realized later that the only place I could use WIFI with my smartphone was around the lobby. This is an area I would like to see improved. There are various plans that combine local cuisine, so it's fun to choose. The hot springs are simple sulfur springs and are refreshing. Amenities such as shampoo are normally available, but the changing room (for men) didn't have many and was simple. The room I stayed in was large and more comfortable than I expected. We had to provide our own futons, etc. It's a very quiet place.

Personally, I like the ``ashyaki oyaki'' here because it is the most delicious.

Visited on August 23, 2024.Accommodation costs are cheap, but there are lots of NGs!① No air conditioning in common spaces within the building(Worst after hot spring bath)② Slippers inside the facility are sticky③The windows are very dirty.④The number of staff is overwhelmingly small.⑤ Lay the futon yourself⑥There are no water servers in the building or even around the bathrooms. There are many more, but these are just examples.

It's located up the Kunekune road from Omachi city, so it's a place you won't come across on a detour. This time, I used a day trip hot spring ♨️.It's a small place with no open-air bath.I came here for Oyaki so I was satisfied!

I only went to eat soba, but the Shinshu soba was very delicious!I came here from the scorching hell of Kanto in midsummer, but I was soothed by the coolness of the place, which didn't require an air conditioner even in the middle of the day. I also wanted to try the hot springs, so next time I will enjoy both the soba noodles and the hot springs! !
