Because there are only a few rooms, you can spend a very quiet and relaxing stay. There were no air conditioners, so it was a little hot during the day. There was no problem because they had a fan.the bath is very niceI also took a reserved open-air bath and enjoyed it leisurely.Even in the indoor bath, there was only one other customer, if any.I enjoyed it relaxedly. The food is not fancy, butThe dishes were elaborate and all were very delicious. There are no vending machines or shops inside the inn, but there was juice, tea, and a small beer in the fridge, so it wasn't a problem. For breakfast, you can choose rice or hot spring porridge.asked at dinnerI had it as porridge, but since it was new rice, I thought it would have been better to have it as rice.

This inn is my favorite of the quality of the hot springs in Shirahone Onsen.I feel like the level of smoothness and smoothness after bathing is different.I also like the calm atmosphere since it's small.

A quiet inn for a small number of people.I have never felt so much benefit from not having an air conditioner. I realized how nice the natural breeze felt here. The best milky white sulfur spring. Best hot water temperature.A comfortable private bath.A cool night breeze comes from the virgin white birch forest on the veranda. The quiet sound of rain at night.A way to keep customers waiting by saying they will call you when dinner is ready.Simple but just the right amount of local food.(Soba brats are the best)Compare 5 types of local sake.A modest but detailed room arrangement.A thick mattress under a fluffy futonThe comfort of the futon is the best (this is important).A comfortable chair with a wide edge.Warm messages written on the forehead.Does a remote hot spring inn deep in the mountains need anything more? This is the best. Each one is a small happinessFor some reason, there are very few accommodations in Japan that meet these conditions. On the way back from climbing Mt. Yarigatake, I was healed both physically and mentally.I will definitely repeat it again.

The room and food were both very good! I stayed in a separate villa. The restored Japanese house was beautiful and wonderful! I also drank the limited edition rockfish bone wine and was very satisfied and will visit again.

I heard that Shirahone Onsen was very good, so I chose it because it had high reviews everywhere, and I was really looking forward to it. That's why I'm so disappointed.Check in after 3pm and take a bath right away! When I was talking to him, he said, ``The boiler in the women's bath has broken down, so you can't enter. We'll contact you as soon as the repairs are done.'' He said, ``The boiler in the women's bath is broken, so we'll contact you as soon as the repairs are completed.'' Even though it's a hot spring, it's a boiler? , I was suddenly worried about when the repairs would be finished...After dinner, I swapped the women's and men's baths (because the repairman was a man) and went to take a bath, but it was really lukewarm...!Even if I keep going for 30 minutes, my body won't warm up...That day, the temperature outside was in the single digits and my body was freezing, so it was even more difficult. He said it was even worse in the men's bath, where the boiler was out of order, and he was unable to take a bath. When I went to take a bath the next morning, I saw a sign saying that it was still being repaired...I thought I was going to take a bath in that lukewarm hot spring again, but it was much piping hot compared to yesterday. However, at night it was so cloudy that I couldn't see my body, but in the morning I could see through it, so I guess I added hot water. I had doubts...(sweat)On the way back, I was given a hot spring towel and said, ``We apologize for the inconvenience.''Considering that all the people who come to this inn are staying there to enjoy Shirahone Onsen, I wish they would have taken the wasted day more seriously.I paid 40,000 yen per person, and I didn't think the service was worth the price. As for the food, although the taste is not exquisite, you can enjoy some local cuisine.I booked a room called Tokoku, but I was concerned that the bed made a squeaking sound when I turned over and the walls were thin.Personally, I think it would be better to use a futon instead of paying a high price for a bed. There is also an indoor bath and a private open-air bath, and given that I bathed at least 4 times in 2 days, it would have been nice to have extra towels.Addendum: An apology letter sent to him from the inn said, ``We are very sorry that it took a while for the temperature to rise as the restoration was completed around 8:00 pm. It was operating as usual, so we hope you enjoyed the open-air bath."We entered the indoor bath at 7pm, so maybe it was before the boiler was restored...?The open-air bath requires a 30-minute reservation, so I couldn't relax or enjoy it as much as I could in the indoor bath.I have written about the troubles I had when I went there and the actions of the inn as facts. Those with high ratings must have had a good time without any problems. However, the building is old and the hot spring is located deep in a narrow mountain road where the weather can be rough, so I think trouble is likely to occur.I wanted to provide a service that would satisfy even those who had problems.

Excellent place to stay. The location is very far from city. There are both indoor and open air (private) baths. Both 100% natural hot spring without circulation. The water is cloudy white with sulfur smell.
