I visited around February 2024.The entrance is beautiful, and since it's directly connected to the ski resort, it's easy to use the ski resort, and you can enjoy the large open-air bath after you've finished, so it was very nice. The restaurant area was also new and clean, and there was an all-you-can-drink alcohol option, so I was very satisfied.Since I sometimes stay nearby, I think it would be great if outside guests could also use the restaurant.I think there are some parts that haven't been updated yet due to a change in ownership, but the room was still quite dusty and looked like it needed some maintenance.I think it will be improved further in the future, so I will give it a ☆, including my expectations.

May 2024. I don't care about the number of stars because I only use the bath on a day trip. It's best to go after 10 o'clock on weekdays. Almost reserved. The temperature of the water is just right, rather than piping hot. It can be cold at this temperature in winter. The image is that you enter the sauna slowly and gradually warm up. The open-air bath has a nice view and a Jacuzzi. The bath fee is 800 yen. 600 yen for Kijimadaira villagers.

Directly connected to the slopes. The bath is the best. Even if you don't stay overnight, I feel it's worth it just to take a bath.

Three people stayed here.I went to breakfast first thing in the morning, and the food on the table was cold, which was a bit disappointing. There were several buffets and I was very satisfied with them! Personally, I would like to be able to use the hot springs for free if I stay overnight, since I would like to ski and soak in the hot springs the next day before heading home. The bath is huge and warm! The cable in the room was quite far from the bed and was broken, so please install an outlet next to the bed m(__)mThe futon and pillow were very fluffy and I had a good night's sleep!Since it is a resort hotel, I think many people are looking forward to the food and rooms, so I thought it would be nice to review the service and meal contents a little more and have a hot meal ♩

The good parts are good, but I would say that there are a few things that are missing or off. What was good about itLobby, restaurant, bed (especially good), bath.Is that it? A placeThe previous bulletin boards for Panorama Land and Kijimadaira Ski Resort remain. Let's be thorough. The power supply in the room is in a strange place. The position of the bed does not match. This is a brand that only sells shampoo and other products, and there are no toiletries or other amenities. Also in the bath. Even though it's a beauty management base.Although there is a sauna, there is no drinking water after taking a bath.Breakfast starts at 7:30, so it's very crowded at the start. I would like it to start at 7:00 on weekends and holidays. It's nice that dinner includes all-you-can-drink, but there's no after-dinner coffee.Breakfast and dinner are delicious, but there isn't much variety and there are no substitutes, so if you stay for multiple nights, you'll get bored. There is no Do not disturb. tag in the room. The cafe is not open. All the staff work hard and are nice, but I feel like the overall management is not good.I want Kyoritsu Resort to follow suit.

I doubt the definition of a resort. There were no SBC hotel staff or managers, so it was the same as before.
