It's been a while since I've been there, but it's gotten pretty old. However, the location is excellent. I also like the plainness of it. The food is the same as always, so I recommend staying overnight and going to a delicious restaurant nearby. There are quite a few shops. In the morning, the Old Karuizawa Shopping Street is 10 minutes away, so you can get delicious freshly baked bread.

The location in the forest is really nice. It was also helpful to have a microwave in the room.

I would like the outlets and lighting in the room to be updated. You cannot charge two mobile phones with one outlet on the bed.Our room was number 230 and the bathroom and restaurant were far away.I didn't feel like taking a bath in the morning. The rooms are well-maintained and clean. The staff are all very nice and attentive people. There was [Ikura] at the breakfast buffet, and it was very delicious.

This is a Kansai Club hotel.Although it is a relatively old hotel, the design is good. There is also a hot spring.Enjoy exclusive use as a member. It's in the old light truck so it's very convenient.

The atmosphere is good and you can spend quality time there. I visited with my child, but it got a little noisy during dinner, so I hurriedly ate it and went back to my room. It was such a delicious meal that I wanted to enjoy it even more! The staff was very kind, but I recommend spending time with your child once they are older...!

Everything was great. However, there are no restaurants nearby, so I had planned to eat out for dinner, but I arrived late and it became a hassle, so I bought some food at the shop in the hotel and ate it. It was nice to have a microwave in the room and a place to relax and eat.The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a lot of items and the taste was very good. The hot springs also had an open-air bath and were well-equipped, so I was able to relax.
