First used for motorcycle touring on a Friday in early September.I had researched the location, but I didn't notice it the first time because I was halfway up a steep slope, missed the entrance the second time, and finally found it on the third time.There is a parking lot at the back of the first floor, which you enter from the side of the entrance, and I parked my bike in an area with faded two-wheel paint that was large enough for a light bike. There is only space for two motorcycles, but it looked like you could park several more in the bicycle storage area in the back. (The car space was almost full)The room looked like a company housing room with a poor view, the bed made the sound of vinyl rubbing against each other, and the outlet was far away, which is typical of budget hotels, but it was clean.near? I didn't go to the convenience store, but it's a short drive from Ina city, so I recommend going there. There was a bit of traffic jam in the evening.There were various vending machines with snacks etc. near the entrance, so it seemed possible to get by with that.In summary, it's not fancy, but it's cheap, it's close to the smart IC, it's an indoor parking lot, and it's relatively easy to make reservations, so I highly recommend it.

I stayed in room 421. The room feels like an apartment that has been renovated into a hotel. There was a bedroom, a tatami room, a dining kitchen, a bath, a toilet, and a balcony, and everything was clean.The receptionist's customer service was very polite.This time I stayed on the 4th floor. I gave it 4 stars because the elevator was out of order and could not be used.

The response from the front desk is very suspicious.The floor plan appears to have been a bachelor's dormitory at a former company.It's difficult to get into the parking lot and it's dangerous to get out due to poor visibility.The only rating is the breakfast bento🍱

It is located about 5 minutes walk from Ina City Station.The room was old, but it had all the facilities and was clean. The elevator was out of order.There are only two mugs, so if you bring your own alcohol, you may want to bring a separate cup.I didn't hear any noise from surrounding rooms. Wifi had a router in each room and the speed was comfortable.

5-10 minutes walk to Ina StationIs the location a residential area? It's in there, and it's a little hard to understand.There is a parking lot, but it is small. The entrance/exit is also steeply sloping, so please be careful if you have a low vehicle.Service is good.The front desk staff are kind and reassuring. Good impression.The room I used was older, but I felt it was well-cleaned.Apparently there were spider webs in an acquaintance's guest room...
