I used it with my friends and family. It's located a little off the main street, so it's quiet. The size of the hotel felt good and reasonable.Staying in a Japanese-style room was easy.Thank you for your help.

This is a hotel in Naka Karuizawa, far from the center of Karuizawa. Although there is a shuttle service from the station, it is more convenient to go by car. There was a church on the grounds of the hotel and it was beautifully lit up.The room was spacious and it was nice to have a fan and a basket bag to take to the public bath. It is recommended that you bring your own indoor wear, as the men's indoor wear seems to have a smell of aging that cannot be removed even after washing.I was a little disappointed because the main course of dinner was pork instead of beef, but the price was reasonable considering it included a dinner course and breakfast, which was not a buffet. The young female staff member at the restaurant was friendly and pleasant. There was free coffee, tea, alcohol, and bean sweets in the lounge, so I could relax.

There is one room where you can stay with your dog. It was a dog-friendly and enjoyable stay.I'm glad they thought about meals for consecutive nights.Unfortunately, the hot springs have a very strong chlorine smell.

Regarding the food, I checked the reviews in advance and made a reservation for the meal course to avoid disappointment. It's quite close to Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza, about 10 minutes by car, and there are several convenience stores in between, so the location is very good. However, there are some areas that are not properly cleaned. The rooms are moldy, and if I had to compare it to a cheap love hotel. Wouldn't it be better to stay at a nearby love hotel even if you only stayed overnight? That's what I thought, but considering the location, I thought it was worth the price. Also, is it a tatami room that has Western style all over? ? However, the wallpaper in the Buddhist altar room in the tatami room is very creepy...

Given the location, I think it's reasonable if this price includes two meals. The hotel itself is Western-style and a little old, but it looks like it has been renovated and is clean. The four of us shared a Japanese-style room, and although it was spacious with tatami mats, there were some parts that were a bit difficult to use, perhaps because it was an older room that had been renovated. Dinner was a course of French cuisine, but it was okay, and the breakfast buffet was at the same level as the free breakfast at a business hotel. I think it's best not to expect too much food. However, the staff were very responsive and seemed to be working hard, so that was a good thing.

I stayed there the other day with a friend while sightseeing in Karuizawa! Although it was a Japanese-style room, I could feel the smell of tatami for the first time in a long time, and the room was spacious and I was able to relax. The French dinner was also very delicious! As for the amount that others have written, it may be a little unsatisfactory, but I think that's how French itself is to begin with. .It might be a good idea to add more baguettes for those people!By the way, we had a late lunch, so we weren't really hungry, but the food was still delicious! The breakfast lineup was just right!I wish the pillows were a little softerBut it still reminded me of my grandma's house in the countryside and was emotional. It was a good memory!

It is some distance away from Karuizawa Station, but the price for a hotel with two meals is quite favorable, so it is suitable for driving there by yourself. The hotel room is large, the bed is comfortable, and each bed has a soft and hard pillow, so you can have a good night's sleep. The hot spring water in the hotel is of good quality and makes you feel comfortable after soaking in it.

Ratings and reviews don't seem to be reliable.Looking at various things, the ratings have been extremely low since August.I stayed in late August,・Fraud of delay in notification of changes due to sudden illness of the chef (apparently this was known before the cancellation fee was incurred)・It seems that reservations for the creative French plan are no longer possible, but I wish they would have responded sooner.・The quality of breakfast is below expectations.・It feels like hot springs are repeatedly filtered and disinfected.・The cleaning of the public bath cannot be said to be thorough.・The staff's response was good.・The furniture has good taste (maybe it was made by the previous owner?)I hope that it will return to the state it was in when it received good reviews soon.
