The reception at the front desk was not very good, and there were some customers who got irritated with the check-out order. There wasn't a pair of slippers in the room, there were cobwebs in the corner, and the staff at the Viking venue didn't seem attentive.

I was pretty scared when I went because the reviews were so bad, but it turned out not to be that bad. The person at the reception was a foreigner, but his Japanese was quite fluent, so there was no problem, and the room wasn't too old-fashioned. If I had to point out negative points, the table tennis court was expensive at 1,000 yen per hour, and the buffet was quite meager. Well, I guess it felt like a normal hotel you could find anywhere.

We stayed during the holidays in mid-October.I stayed at this hotel, which was more expensive in the same area, expecting a spectacular view of the open-air bath. The important open-air bath is due to a boiler malfunction and will not be usable until mid-November.When I looked back at the reservation site, there was a statement in the "Accommodation News" section that the open-air bath was not available, but you probably wouldn't notice that.I feel like I should have read the reviews before making a reservation.Apparently, there are reviews saying that the open-air bath has not been available for 9 months. The room feels relatively spacious as even a twin room can accommodate 4 people. There was a mold-like stain on the tank of the free coffee maker, and I thought that if the tank was like this, the water passage part of the machine must have been maintained less, so I didn't drink it.I ended up writing all the things I didn't like,Even though all of the staff members are from overseas, you can feel their hard work.Being able to see the starry sky on the night tour was a very memorable experience. If the open-air bath is fixed and you can stay overnight when the weather is nice,It's a nice hotel

I stayed here for work.If you are traveling to a hotel on top of a mountain or by large bus, please be careful as there are narrow roads and steep slopes along the way. There is a place to make a U-turn to get to the hotel rotary, but you can't do it unless you make a U-turn.The roof of the hotel rotary is only 3 meters high, so you cannot pass through it.The hotel here is horizontally long, so take the elevator down once, walk down the hallway beside the pool, take another elevator to your room floor, and go to the room at the very back. I walked quite a bit, and as soon as I got off the floor to my room, I noticed the smell of cigarettes.Because I don't smoke.Dinner was a buffet, with a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese options. Speaking of Nagano Prefecture, I had a second helping of soba.Breakfast is also a buffet at the same venue. As mentioned in everyone's comments, I didn't mind the foreign staff at the dining venue.More than that, there were comments about the open-air bath being unusable, so I felt it hadn't been repaired at all.Electronic money cannot be used at the shop either, so staff members were asking customers if it was okay to pay cash only.It can't be helped that it happened to break at that time, but I wonder if it has been used in that condition for several months now.Especially since taking a bath is something I look forward to.On your way back, the staff will see you off until you are out of sight.Venus Line was the best with spectacular views.Oh, please note that you have to pay for the water in the refrigerator in your room.

It was a very common resort hotel in the relaxing price range. I didn't have any complaints about the rooms or the service, and even though the large communal bath wasn't a hot spring, it was nice and clean with flowing well water. The food wasn't anything special, but if you like it, it's enough.

It's been a few years since I last stayed here. Last time I went on a summer vacation, it was still hot this year, but Kurumayama Highland was very cool and pleasant. The temperature of the hot water in the open-air bath was chilly, and I wish the temperature could be raised a little more this time of year. I was glad that I was able to relax and relax on a weekday. It would have been nice if the meal had a little more variety, and some reviews said that the foreign staff's treatment was bad, but since we went with 6 people, they took care of the seating, so we didn't get separated. There were some people who said something, but they did their best to respond.I would like to go there in winter next time!

I stayed here with high expectations based on the reviews, but I don't think I'll stay here again unless something bad happens. The room was very spacious and had a nice view, but there were two dead insects lying around. It's natural that there are insects in the area, but I found them lying around in places where I could have gotten them if I had cleaned them, so I was wondering if they were cleaning properly. Also, there was a baby cockroach crawling inside the cup of the drink bar in the cafeteria, which made me lose the desire to drink. My wife said that the foreign employees were aware of it, but didn't pay attention to it (perhaps it's because of their nationality?).The open-air bath had a nice view, but perhaps because it was at a bad time, there was no hot water and it was lukewarm, which was disappointing as I had high expectations. Some of the foreign employees were unfriendly, but overall I had a good impression as they greeted me well and showed me around. In conclusion, I think it's an option if you have no other place to stay, but I don't think you would choose it.
