It's about 3 minutes from Matsumoto Station. I reserved a single room, but the bed was a double and spacious. The room is spacious enough and clean. There are many restaurants around the area, Parco is next door, and a convenience store is very close by, so it was very convenient. The customer service was also polite and pleasant. I plan to use it again when I go to Matsumoto.

We stayed 3 nights and loved this hotel. Our double bed room is surprisingly spacious compared with regular Japanese hotel rooms. The room is super clean, the bed is comfortable. The location is close to the train station and main attractions. We had breakfast. The food has good quality and the choices are plenty; the price is very reasonable. The staff is very friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Used for 3 nights on a business trip. The location is good as it is about 5 minutes from Matsumoto Station. The front desk was very friendly and the room was clean. You can specify the next day's cleaning on the TV and provide amenities at the front desk, which is the same as in many business hotels, so you don't have to worry about it. The 1,200 yen Gusto buffet for breakfast seemed a little expensive, so I didn't try it.
