This very clean and new private space makes you want to stay indoors even though you're in Hakuba, where there are plenty of activities! Such a wonderful accommodation facility.The first floor has 3 bedrooms, shower, shower & bathtub, and 2 toilets. The second floor has a large island kitchen, living/dining room, balcony, and toilet.The rooms are clean with white as the base color, the tableware and furniture are easy to use, and all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and floor heating, making this a very nice accommodation where you can feel the hospitality of the guests.I don't want to check out!

A perfect place to enjoy Hakuba! Mahoroba is immaculate and well-appointed with an incredible view of the Hakuba mountain range. Our family of six enjoyed everything the home had to offer, including a spacious kitchen with all that you need to prepare meals, beautiful rooms with very comfortable beds, and a soaking tub perfect to relax after a day of skiing. Ski rentals, shuttles, restaurants and bars are all within a short walk.Makoto, the owner, is extremely helpful and friendly! What a great guy! Among other things. he helped us get some very large and heavy ski bags shipped back to Haneda airport in Tokyo. He’s a perfect host!We thoroughly enjoyed Mahoroba and would definitely visit again - my top recommendation!

We spent four wonderful days in Hakuba where we stayed at the Mahoroba. The accommodations are superb. Three ample bedrooms on the first floor, and a huge family room and kitchen on the second floor. Amenities include a washing machine and all the equipment and kitchen are modern and up to date. There is also a giant heated bathtub for a good soak after a long day of skiing. The view from the living room out to the mountains is breathtaking. The central location allows easy access to restaurants and bars, as well as the ski shuttles, which take you to all the local mountains. Most of all, I want to commend the incredible kindness and service of the owner Makoto. He offered to take us in his car to various spots around town, including the central bus terminal. Most of all, when we needed to ship our ski gear back to Tokyo, Makoto kindly helped us fill out our forms and took us to the local Yamato processing center. Such a kind man! He’s also a helluva snowboarder. Thank you, Makoto, for your wonderful hospitality. I’d rate this place six stars if I could. Our highest recommendation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hakuba Mahoroba. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and had everything we could need to enjoy our stay in Hakuba. Ayako went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. It was conveniently located across the road from the Hakuba Base Camp where you can take advantage of the free bus service to access the Happo One Ski resorts. The accommodation was also in close proximity to a variety of restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Hakuba.

The apartment was incredible. From the moment we arrived it was 5 star all the way. Ayako was amazing and very helpful with any questions. Also the ammenities were fantastic with some lovely extras including artisan coffee, face masks and more. It really made for a special visit and will be back again next year.
