The rooms were great, but the food wasn't good. It's a bit of a shame since I'm assuming I drink alcohol.

I stayed overnight without meals because I wanted to eat outside, but the bath in the room, the large communal bath, and the friendliness of the employees were very good.In particular, the young male employee who accepted us took our photo and listened to our casual stories with a smile on his face.Even though he was young, he seemed to be learning how to serve customers. It was very comfortable! I would like to visit you again.

The best~~~~~~!! ️The service, room, and bath are great!! ️Especially the food! Everything is so delicious~ (lol)I stayed with my family for two days, and they changed all of our meals for both breakfast and dinner, and my family and I were very impressed by the luxurious cuisine. It was so delicious that I ate it all and ended up gaining weight even though I was hiking (lol)Especially the restaurant is the best~Mr. Nakai's sisters were kind and always served customers with a smile. All the ladies are kind, cheerful, and professional and are fluent in English! The facility is clean, the public bath is large and has plenty of amenities! The footbath is the best! It was so wonderful - it had a romantic atmosphere. The starry sky at night and the sun in the morning are so beautifulThere was coffee with a lid that you could drink freely for breakfast, and I drank it while taking a footbath (crying). I was so moved. On the third day, I was in a hurry, so I took it back to my room and enjoyed the view of the mountains while drinking coffee✨The sill by the window was at the height of a bench, so my family and I sat together and looked at the scenery.I definitely want to go again ✨

I traveled the Alpine route for 2 nights and 3 days. Since we were coming from the Nagano side, we first stayed at Omachi Onsen. It takes less than 10 minutes to leisurely walk along the river from Onsenkyo bus stop. It was an easy walk with little difference in elevation. After receiving the explanation at check-in, no one from the hotel follows you, so you feel at ease. There were tea and sweets in the room, so it was nice to be able to do whatever I wanted. The meal was delicious, with just the right amount for the woman, and didn't leave any leftovers. However, I deducted points for the warm foods such as fried foods being a little lukewarm. It feels like a futon is laid out between the meals. The bath had just the right amount of hot water and was nice to have an open-air bath, but the washing area was a little small. The breakfast had about 10 bite-sized side dishes and was delicious. After checking out, I was about to go to Ogizawa again from the Onsenkyo bus stop, but the hotel offered to pick me up, so I was able to take the free shuttle bus to Ogizawa. It was great to save a lot of time and spend more time at Kurobe Dam and Murodo. The people at the hostel were very friendly, and when I asked questions about things I was worried about the next day, they gave me detailed information, gave me pamphlets, and were very nice people. I would like to use it again when I go to Kurobe.

This is my third time using it.This was my first time in a room with a semi-open-air bath.Since we are traveling as a couple, the room size is sufficient. The ventilation fan makes noise. The ceiling and walls of the bathtub are partially moldy.Other than that, there are no particular problems.

I stayed for 2 nights for a round trip from Ogizawa to Murodo. It's great that it's so close to Ogizawa. The outside of the hotel is old, but the inside is clean and comfortable. The staff's service is simple, but they respond well.We had dinner on the second night, and we had planned to go to a nearby restaurant for dinner on the first night, but we couldn't find a suitable restaurant, so we ate at a nearby hotel buffet. On the way back, I walked down a dark road, and there were reports of bears, so it was scary.I personally liked the rest lounge. ! There was a collection of Showa LP records, books, and magazines, so I was able to relax and listen to records after taking a bath. The footbath was also beautiful and I used it many times. After taking a bath, I drank a bottle of coffee milk or fruit milk, which made me feel better.

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath. The open-air bath attached to the room was further surrounded by a separate room, so it was great that bugs didn't get in. Rooms with open-air baths, which are common elsewhere, are completely open, which may be nice except in the summer, but I was worried about insects in the summer, so it was great to be enclosed. The room, bath, rest area, location, etc. were very good. However, breakfast and dinner were a little disappointing. It's not that it wasn't delicious, but it wasn't delicious either, and since it's a high-class inn, that was the only disappointing thing. Also, the service was a bit disappointing, such as when I ordered a cold drink, it never came. However, overall I was very satisfied with the inn and it made me want to go again.

The facilities and interior of the hotel feel very good. However, as for the food, I've been to many ryokans and it was the worst. Nice facilities, but the interior is a waste.
