I live here in Hakumayak Mountain. It's seven or eight minutes away from the cable car station. The receptionist probably doesn't know English, but he's very nice and patient. I guess everyone knows what he's talking about. There's also a bathhouse, but I didn't go there. arrive. The room was very clean. What I liked the most was that the air conditioner was separated by a bar so I could dry my clothes after I finished coin-operated laundry/drying. The second drying was really good.Off topic, on the second morning, I walked 40 minutes to Hakuba Oike Station, but it took less than 5 minutes. A truck driver asked me if I should go to JR Station, and then he drove me there. It was my first hitchhiking trip in Japan.

First of all, there is no refrigerator and tissues in the room. I drew my own futon, and the lockers were only small, so I put my bags in front of the room. Don't change the bath water and don't expect food. …

Used for snowboarding. Anyway, the walls between the rooms next door are too thin! You can hear everyone talking in the next room! It's worst if there is a noisy customer next to you!The quantity and quality of the food was quite satisfactory. The hotel, including the rooms, is clean.Rental items are not recommended.

2024.2Used on ski bus two.The bus stop is on the opposite side of the gondola, and it takes about 10 minutes to get there. The Kanenaruoka slope is about a 5 minute walk.Rooms and facilities are sufficient. The bath is also spacious. The food was average. The rice is soft. However, it is not suitable for ski touring. It was an inconvenient accommodation, as there was no luggage storage area or rest lobby, so on the day I arrived and the day I left I had to store my luggage in the hallway, and on the day I left I had to sit on a chair and wait for about two hours until the bus was ready.

Frankly speaking, I do not recommend it!We used it with 4 snowboarders, and it was fun in a sense because there were so many things to talk about.[Equipment] Most of the rental items were old, and even the goggles I was given were damaged. It looks like some parts of the board are broken.[Facilities] First of all, the changing room is only about 1 tatami mat, so it will be crowded if you are a group. There are too many toilets and they are all old. The rooms are old and perfect for just staying overnight. The room I stayed in didn't have a refrigerator or sink, which was inconvenient. I felt that the bathhouse was a bit small for more than 4 people.[Customer service] There was no decent person, and I was yelled at for some reason during the check-in explanation. He is elderly and doesn't communicate much with me. At a restaurant, some people come and take your plate down without saying a word, which is the lowest level.[Cooking] This is no good. The food was completely cold. I chose the yakiniku course, but there were two pieces of pork... (lol) If I didn't have the budget for it, I wish I hadn't done it in the first place. Breakfast is also very simple. Maybe it can't be helped because the price is low.[Summary] It's a shame because the location is good. Please be careful when using this facility.

[Equipment rental] It's the worst. Especially snowboard boards. It won't slip even on normal slopes. Next are the shoes. It doesn't tighten properly. Even if you tighten it, it will loosen immediately. Only a deposit is required, and the amount is cheap. However, no matter how cheap it is, there is no reason to offer inferior quality rental products without ensuring safety. If you want to snowboard safely and enjoyably, you should not use this hotel.

It's called a hotel, but once you enter the room, it's a guesthouse. I wonder if the white rice is frozen leftovers? There were several golf ball-sized chunks in the ohitsu. And it's only slightly warm.It was said that there are repeat customers who come to enjoy the meals on tours, but I can only believe that this is a lie.But I like the father at the inn.
