So dissapointed...the place awful better you close your propertyFirst of all i booked and paid already for 1 night stay,we arrived there nobody was there and the place not maintenance,the pool seems abandoned ,the grass seems not cut since long time ago before we leave we go around and we found rat in other room DONT BOOK!

It can't even be called a hotel, it's just ruins and remnants of luxury. It is absolutely shameless of the owners to move people into such a place. Nothing works, nothing at all. This place looks like an abandoned Chernobyl

Disappointed. Why? This villa is not maintained. The grass is tall, the gate has no door, the villa walls are low, some of the lights outside the rooms are off. The worst thing is that the room door was damaged (couldn't be locked). Horrifying, right? In the middle of no where with a gate without a door and an unlocked room door. This villa is located to the south, a bit in the middle of the main road, in a rather quiet area.The road to the villa is a dirt road full of stones. When you enter the gate is a little narrow. Only 1 car park is enough.The positive things about this villa are the friendly staff, soft and clean bedding, refreshing welcome drink, clean pool (swaha, clean! Because reading other people's reviews it says the pool is full of moss), there is a kitchen that can be used, water heater (only there is 1, each room should have one), cold AC and running water, the bathroom and bathtub are quite good (although rust spots are starting to appear in the bathroom)I actually already ordered, because I read people's reviews about this villa.This villa needs the touch of a gardener, and a repairman to repair the bedroom doors, and a builder who can make a gate complete with a lock, and a door for the gaping wall cavity that connects to the land next door. Security is an important aspect, if a thief breaks in and endangers the villa tenants, the problem will be even more serious.Once again this villa is not worth visiting from a security perspectiveApart from that, the external beauty of the rooms still really needs to be improvedVilla maintenance also needs to be improved.

The reality of the villa after the visit does not match the one in the photo. the door is difficult to lock, the floor is slippery (when you enter it feels like oil stains that have just been mopped), the toilet is dirty, the shower handle on the bathtub is loose, the water is dead (it says it will be turned on once it has settled there, why is it only turned on after settling in? even though it was previously booked, should have been prepared before visitors arrived), the villa yard was dirty (falling leaves), the swimming pool was dirty green (moss). As a result, I didn't stay there, it was very disappointing.

Delapidated and derelict. None of the doors shut/lock properly. Unclean and falling apart. Staff are really nice though but felt very sketchy and like we were in a rundown old hotel.

This is really cool. Maybe in the past this was a quite comfortable hotel, but now it is very disappointing.The entrance was dark and deserted, without any guiding signs. The parking is very narrow.The room is quite spacious, but dusty inside. The bathroom has a semi-open concept, but the plants in it are not maintained at all. Luckily the water was on.The swimming pool is dead. The garden is not maintained. The cafe no longer exists.There is only one guard, friendly, responsible for handling everything, from parking, cleaning, to helping buy food for guests.
