Good hotel, quiet, with free coffee and tea until 6pm and water all day (much appreciated). With little noise, without hustle and bustle, and they help you with everything (like renting a motorcycle in the same hotel). 4 stars instead of 5 because the pillows we ordered were a little dirty... The rest was perfect and at a good price.

Booked this accommodation in March after a warm email contact with owner Walther. Unfortunately we didn't see Walther. We understand that he is considering retiring and selling the accommodation. This is noticeable in the maintenance of the houses. As described in other reviews, there is a nuisance from animals between the ceiling that go crazy in such a way that you are shocked every time. The maintenance inside also leaves much to be desired. On the other hand, the garden with the swimming pool is a true paradise.

It is a nice park with beautiful houses. The room is very clean and the bed is wonderful. The swimming pool and food also meet expectations.Unfortunately, we also have some negative comments about this stay.We stayed here for two nights and since the first evening we heard the loud running of an animal between the roof tiles and the ceiling. The staff thinks it's a squirrel. They sprayed pesticide, but unfortunately it had no effect. We barely slept last night and we still have one more night, while we hear him running constantly again.Fortunately we had a mosquito net, since we don't want to be bitten by mosquitoes because of the possible Dengue danger, which we are careful about + I am allergic to mosquito bites. The first day the staff kindly hung a mosquito net for us. Unfortunately it was primitive and the mosquito net with wooden fence and hook just came down completely. It fell lightly on my friend's head and he walked to reception to report it. The staff laughed a bit and came along to try to hang the mosquito net again. Unfortunately, no one asked how things were going and no solution was found for the sound of the animal above us.They really tried hanging the mosquito net, but my friend was a bit taller so had to try it himself. With a chair on the bed and the staff watching, we tried to hang it again. Unfortunately, the hook soon fell down again. We thought this was too dangerous for the next night, so we decided without a mosquito net. The advantage is that so far there seem to be few mosquitoes in the room, but we are disappointed with this experience.Maybe we are unlucky with the animal and the mosquito net, but we hoped for a little more understanding and solution orientation.Again, the park is nice, nice rooms and a great location. Unfortunately for us, this is not worth repeating compared to other accommodations where we have stayed so far.

Beautiful place. Very peaceful with stunning gardens and pool. Only 6 rooms. Well located for beach, restaurants etc. Staff are excellentThe room is large with a comfortable bed. Only one small issue - a slight musty smell like the bedding has taken too long to dry.I would definitely recommend this place and I'd be happy to come back

Slept 1 night to discover northern Bali. Nice room, good bed, only the pillow is hard. Better to ask for a softer pillow right away. |Beautifully located near the rice fields. …
