Had a lovely stay here😊The apartment is brand new, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, heaters, shampoo and conditioner. Clean and tidy.Walking distance to pubs and 2x chair lifts.Excellent customer service from Brad and Lina 🇦🇺 Would definitely stay again 😊👍

Small by Australian standards, but 2BR apartment good for travel with kids. Close walk to free shuttle stop and Saka lifts. Excellent service from very helpful staff.

The photo on the page and the room are completely different. It's unnecessarily expensive. It would be better if you stayed at a cheaper lodge. No soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, no toothbrushing, and even though there was a coffee machine, I didn't use capsules or chopsticks!! The sheets and toilet paper looked like sandpaper. I can hear a lot of noise from other rooms. Too noisy.You can at least buy those things at a cheap lodge. Far away from a convenience store to buy things not provided.It was disappointing

Loved the spacious apartment and being close to the quad lift at Happo! So good to have our own space with great heating to come home too at night after a long day of skiing

The place does not look at all as in the photos. They mixed photos from different apartments. The photos have a lot of windows and our apartment had two tiny windows.We contacted them a week before but they NEVER answered the messages, there is no one in reception and yet someone comes the last day to basically kick you out.No chopsticks, no slippers (the floor is super cold), no hand soap, no body soap, no toothbrushes, no cotton swabs, no hair rinse and a very suspicious bottle with no label in the shower… probably shampoo but it didn’t say. No info regarding what to do with the trash. The publication says dishwasher but its a lie.There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and yet not a single pod. Not even a welcome one. Not a place to buy them either. Not even a vending machine for it.Not one towel hanger. Towels and bed sheets are super cheap and rough. Toilet paper too. Everything is sand paper.The bathroom is super cold and the tiny tiny washbasin is insufferable. Washing your teeth or hands there is a total disaster.Noises. You can hear every little noise from everywhere and the noise of people going up and down the stairs is unbelievable.No information on buses or anything else. Mot even ski lift access.Not a good location. Convenience store or supermarket is at least 20 minutes walking so you can’t even go to buy the things you need.A cheap place would of been better than this. A lot of money for nothing.

These apartments are great for a family of four or 2 x 2 who want to share. There is good drying space for ski gear, kitchen equipped with basics (including pod coffee machine) and each twin room had it's own shower/toilet. The rooms were clean and well maintained, beds comfortable and the fridge was full sized which was really useful.The location is great for snow (Sakka) and a few restaurants, but not near the main restaurant centre of Hakuba and a good 20 mins from the nearest shop, which is a real down side when the road is very icy.The service was also a mixture. The people were really helpful when asked for info or assistance, but there's no information in the rooms to help you work out things like the free shuttle buses during the day, the fact that there's a laundry room onsite or where you should put the rubbish out when it's full. The wifi and Chromecast instructions were wrong - it suggests a wifi point per room, but we could only see three of six apartments, so joined someone else's as the password was standard. Similarly the security of the place was a bit basic - once you know your door code, you can guess it for others. Unless you know everyone else there that's a bit daunting!We would definitely stay there again, but the first half of our stay could have been much easier with a bit more information!
