The most enjoyable chalet I've stayed at in years. Takami, Dave and John are remarkable hosts -- always going out of their way to help, whether booking restaurants or dropping us at different resorts around the mountain -- and always greeting us with a smile and a laugh. Very convenient location for Happo-One (located a few minutes walk to Sakka-2 chair). Would love to return and can highly recommend. Thank you so much Takami, Dave + John!

We had a fabulous stay at Hakuba Grand Apartments in January 2024. Dave and Takami (and driver John too) provided super friendly and excellent service - arranging restaurant bookings, lifts to supermarket, ATM, restaurants, other resorts, helping to organise luggage transfer, and more. The rooms are fantastic and the grocery starter kit provided in each room is perfect. Excellent attention to detail in all aspects. The ski drying room is large and very well set up. And of course the location is superb in the lovely precinct near Mominoki Hotel, Rhythm etc. Very close to Kokusai and Sakka ski area. We loved our stay. Thanks to the team.

The rooms were spacious, warm, clean and well appointed. The service by Dave and Takami was exceptional. Always pre-empting our needs and nothing was too much trouble. I have never had better service.

Very nice apartment with dry room for ski equipment, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially Dave. I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

You won’t believe how wonderful this place is until u step in. Thank you Dave and Takami, the service was top notch, very kind and always with the warmest greetings. They are also super helpful in arranging transportation, making reservations, takkyubin service and etc. Dave also helped me in binding my snowboard. The apartment was huge, cosy, cleaned, well-equipped, and beautiful garden view. Everything is well thought of so that you can have a comfortable stay. Will be back again!!! Arigato !

Great place to stay located next to Happo chair lift, short 5 min walk. Ski in and out.Service was amazing with knowledgeable staff to share the best restaurants, ski slope info and things to do around Hakuba.Fully equipped kitchen for cozy evenings in and comfy beds.What more could you ask for was 5 star ⭐️ indeed.
